Quick response. Affordable. Thorough. Ricky V noticed something irregular when he was checking the system at the compressor. Went to the air handler, opened the door and found a piece of the old ductwork inside the wheel. Thank goodness Dawn thought the rumble I was hearing was uncharacteristic of AC units in general when I called with my concerns; and then Ricky took the time to investigate the rumble. It's fixed. No more rumble. Dymond AC is the company you want at your house

The ductwork install company said "the rumbling I had been hearing was normal -- this happens when you increase the return airflow." Well, we all know that was a lie. That other company's owner doesn't know that Ricky fixed the problem. The owner of that other company is coming by tomorrow. And I have pictures.
It's going to be a bad tomorrow for that other company.

I have used Dymond Heating & Cooling for well over 5 years now. I guess that is a statement in and of itself. Over the years I have had just about every service you can get - maintenance, duct work, and a new Zero Lot Line Trane AC unit. I recently purchased another home and I asked Allan Dymond to give me a proposal on a new AC unit. I got multiple bids from other AC companies including a couple with lower prices however I decided to go with Dymond Heating & Cooling based on my prior experience. I personally give them high marks.

Rick came on time, fixed the problem and cleaned up the dirt in the work area. Bill is reasonable.
I have used this company for at least ten years now and has not been disappointed. I recommend them to my friends and family.

It's been almost a year since I upgraded my old 4ton unit to this nice new Trane 5 ton unit from Dymond Heating and Cooling and its run great! My electric bill has dropped an average of $100 a month and the house stays a lot cooler and cools down quickly after a power outage. Very happy I went with the nicer variable unit!!
