Dymond Heating & Cooling

I had an A/C problem. Called Dymond late on Saturday 7/23/2022 at 10 PM and Alan came to my residence early on Sunday morning. The problem was a clogged water drain pipe which he promptly cleared. Alan also made some fine draining adjustments and the unit is now running properly.
I highly recommend Dymond A/C for any repairs as well as their neat and professional installation.

I had a recent issue with my heating unit that Dymond had installed a few years ago. When I called for the appointment, the company file had great notes of my unit and work history. They were prompt in coming out, and put in a warranty claim for me which saved me a ton of money. I would use them again for the personal service I received.

I normally use another AC company, but he was out of town and made the recommendation to call Dymond. Good call. They had room today to squeeze me in. Tyson is a great guy with a good future ahead of him he was a pleasure to work with.

Parts were replaced within hours of call. Tech was very respectful of my home. The only change I would make is to call me before installing the part to discuss price. However, service was amazing.

We realized our A/C wasn't working when we got home at 6pm on a Friday evening, and the temperature inside was already at 86 degrees. I called and Alan personally came out, assessed that it was a bad motor blower, and went to his shop to grab a new one. He stayed until after 9pm that night to be sure everything was working correctly. It's safe to say that they have earned our business for life.

Allan and his team are top notch professionals. I have had 2 new Trane systems installed at my house and I could not be more impressed.
Their work is efficient and detailed. I find their prices fair and the techs do a great job of communicating their arrival times. This company

Can't say enough good things about Dymond. After dealing with another company that lied to us about what was wrong with our AC, Dymond showed us what was going on and gave us fix/replace options without any pressure. There are punctual, responsive, professional and most importantly honest.
