Dymond AC is the best...Professional, Honest and they explain everything that they need to do and show you why as well. I had them install a new ac unit at one business and they are correcting some issues at another business. I am also going to have them take care of my home.

Always quick to respond. When I first bought my houses ac went out and the owner personally came out on a Saturday to fix. Recently, they completed service on the unit and then came out the next day to fix a pipe issue. Extraordinary customer service.

My experience was amazing. The team at Dymond quickly moved form a quote to install within 24 business hours. After looking over the system and testing several parts they effectively identified the problems and gave me several options. I decided to go with a new Trane! I was taught its energy efficiency and longevity but was not pressured ever. We've all experienced those high pressure sales tactics and know how annoying they can be so this was a pleasant surprise. They also provided quick duct work in several places and improved my life juristically. How was I to know bad duct work was preventing air flow to certain parts of my house. I just thought the sun beat on it all day and it wasn't able to be fixed. (this includes my home office which was miserably being in at times especially with covid restricting me from going to my actual office). They even left my house/garage cleaner then when they got there! Over all they installed a new unit, provided proper distribution of the air, and even fixed a hazardous outlet hidden by my air handler. The Dymond team were quick but over all the quality and craftsmanship was spectacular. I highly recommend them

I've had a number of positive visits from Dymond personnel, including after hours emergency service, entire a/c system replacement, and routine maintenance. They are always able to fix whatever issue comes up in a reasonable amount of time and for an appropriate price. Everyone who has been sent to my house has been very professional as well.

We were referred to Dymond Heating & Cooling by a neighbor and have been totally pleased. They were very helpful in the beginning of making the decision to move from our 12+ year old system and their support along the way after installation has been great. We have referred other neighbors to Dymond as well, and I believe 4 or 5 of us in one area of the neighborhood have had their team do our AC Systems. Highly recommended!

Alan was professional and approachable. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was. He came to diagnose a clogged drain line. He took care of it, and got my AC going again at a very fair price. Meanwhile, I had multiple others come and do same job for way more. I am very satisfied, and will be using Dymond for future service in my AC Unit.
