Had bought my system from the previous owner of air strike and the new owners honored my warranty. They came out on time and fixed my system the same day . Shawn was very nice and so was his helper. It’s definitely better service than the previous owner.

Displeased by the misrepresentation of the company when I asked if they are a licensed Daikin repair company if they work on daikon units the response was yes we work on Daikin units had a service technician come out diagnose. My system was here for less than an hour and a half Charge me $125 for the service call and then wanted me to pay $1200 for labor and warranty work that is covered under my warranty because they are not part of the sure care program. Also wanted me to pay out of pocket than to be reimbursed by the manufacture. I spoke to the manufacture they do not reimburse the homeowner. I if they were a part of the sure care program, Daikin would send them the parts for free and they could put it in.

Great service, showed up on time. Answered all my questions. Lee showed up on a very short notice. He took the time to evaluate the problem in minutes. He was very patient and knowledgeable on the problem. Thank you Lee. Yes and this was on Memorial weekend.

We had a new a/c system installed and the installers, Joel and Miguel did a meticulous job. We have been pleased with their service in the past but we were very impressed with this new installation. They offered great service and are very timely returning calls and also for contracting yearly maintenance. Great company and Alexis, the owner, is very informative and easy to work with.
After our scheduling issues earlier this year we have to update our review. We had our service done by Brian and we were very impressed! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also meticulous and very thorough.

Initially very impressed. However, trying to get annual servicing (5 years) included with the sale of the AC unit has been disappointing. I live out of town and many of my scheduled service appointments have been canceled at the last minute. Very frustrating. If that is important to you, I would go with another well rated vendor that has several techs who can handle that aspect of services provided.

They advertise 24/7 emergency service yet did not return our call (called 4 times) and left us without heat on the coldest day of the year. We purchased our NEW unit from you and you cannot return a call. Shouldn't be in the service industry if you are only willing to provide service during banking hours and especially don't advertise that you offer emergency service.

Excellent customer service from both Jana and Lee. Jana scheduled my service for 5-7pm but called and said she could have Lee come between 9-11am. Lee was here just around 9. He did a thorough inspection of the AC. Located the problem and was able to fix the issue and order another part that will be here in a couple of weeks. I was very pleased with the service U received and would definitely recommend this company to other friends, family and neighbors.

I’m am very please with Air Stike Cooling. From the beginning Michelle was very kind and courteous and helpful to schedule an appointment. When the technician Lee showed up he was very honest and friendly. He did not pressure and we made a decision to purchase a new ac right away. Also the installers Luis and Darrin was phenomenal at the installation and I’m so happy I chose to use this company. I look forward to the maintenance visit they included with the purchase. Called when my A/C unit died at 10 PM, Michelle picked up the phone confirming the 24/7 help. They had someone come out the next day to get the A/C unit back online and show us the state of our unit (it was installed in 2007 so it was basically bust). Went over a quote to install a new unit, even offering a pretty good financing program but we just wrote a check upon the installation being completed. Lee was the technician who first came out to not only repair but go over the installation process, and Luis and Darian came to install it the day after with minimal oversight and utmost professionalism. Lee came the next day after to confirm the installation and help with the thermostat configuration to leave everything perfectly set up! They are coming back to do maintenance as scheduled, and I'd recommend them for anyone in a pinch to get something fixed or do a brand new installation any day!
