Air Strike Cooling and Heating LLC

I did an RFQ to 4 area Heating and Cooling businesses, I won't mention the other 3's names. Kevin from Airstrike came out to my house the first thing the next morning... he got back to me with prices within an hour. I waited 2 days, never heard from the other three places... got a blind call while I was waiting from another area HVAC place... he came in lower, but didn't have some of the features Airstrike gives you as a standard package. Kevin talked to his boss, they matched the lower price, I agreed to have them install the new unit's.

The next day they install the first unit, the second the day the second unit. Fabulous installation! They really do good work.

I wouldn't hesitate to have them in my home anytime.

!My father was 100% service connected. My husband died of his service connected condition. This companys support of veterans means A LOT!!! They are always on time. Always call back timely. I had an emergent issue when trying to sell my home. They jumped through hoops to resolve the issue at a time when the company was in their busy season. I would not have passed the home inspection without their dedication to their customer. Their prices are very reasonable, great warranty, excellent service!!!

My service man was Frankie, he was courteous and on time and very professional. His ability to diagnose and repair the situation was far more quickly than I ever expected and delighted being that it was so hot in the house. We have use their services before they replaced all the duct services in the attic and added an additional vent system in my bedroom, which was also done in good time very professional clean and courteous. I would highly recommend their services to anyone just looking for a professional efficient AC repair man and service person airstrike Will be my one and only AC service. My hats off to airstrike in the work did they do.

Called just after 2 and was told to expect tech between 3-5pm, but got confirmation email that said 5-7pm, 7:01 I called and the after hours receptionist had no answer as to where my tech was or why scheduling was wrong. After I hung up on them the original dispatcher called and told me that my tech was waiting for a jump and should still be able to make it tonight, hour later.

If I could give 0 stars this is the 1st time I would use it. Complete failure of communication and complete waste of time. (Plus was charging almost 2x that I ended up paying the company that ended up coming out)

From the very first day they installed my air conditioner I’ve been very happy. The installation technician was very knowledgeable and informative about the system, answering all my questions. Since then I’ve had Periodic maintenance checks, making sure the AC is operating smoothly. Definitely a satisfied customer

We called Air Strike after having a few others out to diagnose our issue with our air ducts. They were able to come out on short notice, and took us through all the issues, explaining what needs to be done vs. nice to haves. They came in lower than other estimates and offered more. Their employees worked hard and got the job done fast and with high quality! Hard-working, fair and fast and quality - I’d say that’s all one can hope for. I would recommend to anyone. They offered military discounts and I found them to be quick to respond to my request for service andi installation was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Communication was always clear and I always knew who was coming and preciously when to expect them due to a tracking app they offer you via text message. Everything about this company is first rate. I was 💯 satisfied with my experience from beginning to end.

I recently had my air conditioning unit and duct work replaced by Airstrike. They were extremely reasonable providing me with a Trane system. They were very professional, it took them two days to complete the job. They were neat, clean and professional. They recently sent someone out to help me with my new thermostat. All employees have been polite and helpful! I also got service calls with my system. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for air conditioning or service.
