Kevin was an outstanding technician who explained everything in detail when my AC went out recently and needed to be replaced. I highly recommend AirStrike for your AC! They were here by 915am and out by 1pm. After a few hours, it feels nice a cold again! Thank you Kevin, Luis, and the other technician who did an outstanding job!

Had AC issues 12/31/20, fortunately Airstrike picked up the phone and was able to schedule a technician to come out the next day; 1/1/21. The technician (Alex) arrived assessed an issue with multiple leaks on interior and exterior unit. Quoted me out with repairing vs replacing. The repair quote was more than 50% the cost of a new unit. Decided to have a new unit installed. They were able to schedule an installation the next day, 1/2/21 (Saturday). Luis installed on his own and did a great job. That night the blower ran non stop. Luis came out the next day, 1/3/21 (Sunday) to diagnose the issue. While there was a slight language barrier and attempt to replace the new thermostat, it ultimately happened to be a wire that was wired incorrectly. 2/2/21 heat ran for approx 3 minutes and shut off. Airstrike picked up at 7:30 PM and scheduled to have a tech out the next day. Bryan arrived slightly later than expected but was in communication with me throughout the entire delay. 10 minutes, NO PROBLEM. Blown fuse on the interior unit was a quick diagnosis by Bryan. Replaced it, blew again. It took a while to diagnose what the ultimate issue but Bryan was thorough, neat, and professional throughout the entire process. He wound up running a new wire from the interior unit to the thermostat (no common ground present, I assume an oversight by Luis). He also took the time to zip tie and clean up the wiring inside the unit (something no one would normally see). Following all the work, he tested multiple times to ensure he would not have to be called back for the same issue. This kind of diligence, I find is hard to come by these days. I appreciate the communication and work these guys do. Thanks again!

We chose Airstrike, because of good reviews, prompt response and their ability to send a service rep quickly.
But, I feel we were over sold in service. I wanted the vents cleaned on an older mobile home, we had just purchased. The service rep sold us new mobile flex for under the house. He said CLEANING AND SANITIZING SERVICE. This was heard by 3 other people.
We got the mobile flex, but they only sanitized the vents. Which meant the dirt, dust and fog hair was sanitized, but not removed.
First the office said they were cleaned m, then The office said they don’t clean vents! WHY WOULD ANYONE SANITIZE DIRT!
After sending photos and making phone calls, the office sent someone out with a very small shop vac and a 3 foot hose, to clean a 56 foot mobile home.

We used Airstrike Heating and Cooling to install air-conditioning in our garage, and are very satisfied. From initial contact to a service call follow up, we found Airstrike to be efficient and timely, Pricing was fair, technician explained everything from install to operation. We would not hesitate to applaud or promote Airstrike. And a further advantage is the company is Veteran owned, and using Airstrike is another way to say 'thank you' for your service!!!!!
