What can I say about my experience? From the moment I called they were extremely responsive. The first person to come out, Jesse, was polite and professional. He explained what they could and couldn't do then quoted me a price that was unbelievable. Unlike any other company they didn't want payment until the job was done and I was satisfied. Luis and his partner showed up on time on Saturday and stayed until the job was done. Then cleaned up afterwards like they had never been here.

I would definitely recommend this organization, especially to my fellow vets....

Lee came out repaired my older unit he was honest didn't try sell a new unit but when I need a new unit I will be calling air strike 100% he also came very quick.

Air Strike put in a Mitsubishi ductless AC in my bedroom a little over a year ago. I Had a problem that was resolved and fixed in less than five minutes. I am very happy with the company that I am Hiring them again for another unit in my other bedrooms. I recommend the company highly

The young man, I think James, was amazing and so sweet and helpful. He showed us what to do if the air seized again. All other techs came and just left without saying anything and this happened 5 times at least. We could have fixed it ourselves if shown the issue. Please give that young man a raise. Thank you. He gets 10 stars 🌟

Thanks to Lee at air strike for repairing our system. We understand it needs replacing but Lee got a band aid it for now and when I'm financially ready to replace i will be using Air Strike for a new system. Thanks 😊

Lee did a really great job. He took the time to show me what was going on and explain what needs to take place to get it efficient again.

Oh my word is all I can say. Our AC quit early one Thursday morning in the middle of June 2020, and after speaking and receiving quotes from 4 other companies, of which two were friends we knew from the neighborhood and church, nobody could beat the warranty I was given by AIRSTRIKE.
Then the blessing happen, early on the installation day, the owner gives me a call and explained to me that he could not secure the unit I purchased as they were not in stock but that AIRSTRIKE is still going to deliver on their promise that we would have air Friday.
In fact he said I am upgrading your unit and it will not cost you a cent or change anything on our previous agreement. I could not believe it! Who does that?
Well AIRSTRIKE did, the owner is super responsive, their communication and letting you know that the installers are on their way and you can track them, was magnificent. The installers were super nice and patient although I asked a million questions.
There is nobody else I would recommend ever, these guys love the Lord.

Lee was very informative on his maintenance of my unit which was placed in 2 years ago. Now have uv light & remehalo products to improve air quality!

They will come out and check you A/C every 6 months no-charge. Should you need additional assistance, they come out no- charge except parts; for example, we wanted a different thermostat controller than what was purchased with A/C installation. We are very happy customers.
