Luis and his employees did an outstanding job replacing my old ducts with new and dropping in some other very needed vents and return ducts. It was a hot job (middle of August) but I am happy with the results. My system finally can keep up in the middle of the afternoon in the summer!!

Our appointment was set between 12 PM and 2 PM. After speaking with Kevin, who indicated he was on his way and would be here by two, he did not arrive until 3:20 PM. Upon questioning him on arrival, he indicated that another customer was buying a new unit and so he stop there on his way. A courtesy call based on your level of customer service expectations would’ve been appreciated, especially since we have a small baby that we are working around naptime’s.
The first question that Kevin asked was are we looking to replace or repair. He then proceeded to take photographs of the air handler and the outside unit and stating that it was a dinosaur. The air handler itself is July 2010. Also using R410. He indicated that he did not have refrigerant on the truck And that if it was R22 they sent the wrong person. He hooked up his gauges, and in doing so released a bunch of refrigerant. He indicated that was normal, but it was not a small amount but a significant amount. He then stated that it was the evaporator coil‘s without opening up the covers to the air handler or inspecting the inside. A mere $2650! When we indicated that we did not appreciate him releasing that much coolant when he hooked up his gauges he became irritable. When he was unhooking them he also let out an exuberant amount. All in all, we did not have a good experience and are very disappointed considering the Google ratings were 4.8. That is the sole reason why we contacted their company.

Please see the owners text message. Extremely unprofessional. No return call even. You can decide for yourself if you want to do business with them: “This is the owner of Airstrike I dont know what your problem is but when you have no warranty and no freon we already know your coil is bad without even looking. So we decided to prove what we already knew and your coil is bad!! You need a new coil and if you dont like the truth this is your problem! Why would we take freon out of your sysyem it would freeze his hand off im going to dispute all your bad reviews and you can be in denial. Imfact im going to report you as an incompetent human bieng that is making stuff up. So keep the craziness on your side cause you need a new coil period! Thats why your system runs all day and wont turn off. Anyone in the business knows this. I hope your satisfied now we definitely wont help you and you can pay 10,000 to fix it. Leave us alone your 1 of 4 bad reviews out of 130 who do you think is the bad guy here!“

Great company! A friend of mine turned me on to these guys last year when my A/C went out, all the other companies told me it would be a week before they could get out and Airstrike came out the very next morning and got be cooled off, but I needed a new unit. After shopping them with 4 other companies they were the best price and were the quickest to get it done. (Funniest thing is my neighbor 2 houses down owns an A/C business and even he told me it would be a week to get a tech out)

Now, a year later and my A/C wasn't blowing cold. I called them and they had someone out to my hours within a few hours, simple fix, blew out my drain line and back to 70 degrees.

I strongly recommend using these guys if you have an A/C issue, I know I will not use any other company as long as these guys are around and servicing my area. Thanks again Airstrike and team.

Top flight team. We have a 24yr old, 3,000sf house with a four zone AC system. The duct-work had become contaminated, and the original Carrier controls were failing. We contracted several well-know companies in the Tampa market for a system evaluation and cost estimate. We were particularly impressed by Jesse of Airstrike who displayed a great deal of knowledge and professionalism in reviewing our problems, And Then, quoted us a very competitive cost estimate.
The Airstrike Team arrived on schedule in two days, and performed an indepth materials survey. In nothing flat, they were back with a truckload of ducts, dampers, and electronics. I thought I had an understanding of the scope of the project, but was amazed at the amount of ducts and boxes and dampers that came out of my attic! The team worked like a well -oiled machine, replacing the tangled mess in our attic with a well-organized and engineered system. I had been up in the attic on quite a few occasions, literally fighting my way through the ceiling access panel to get clear of 14' ducts. Well, no more. The difference was night and day to what I had grown accustom to seeing- all of the ducts hung from the ceiling where possible and arranged to provide easy access, all of the five dampers (including the Bypass) lined up and oriented for easy access by a service man. Our original system had but one manual T-stat controlling all four zones. Now, we have a programable electronic T-stat in every Zone that allows us to vary the temperature in bedrooms. A rear, high heat-load sitting room has Always had problems and we suffered through the summers with 80deg plus temps and no airflow. No more. We finally feel that we have a system that meets our needs.

UPDATE: Please see my posting of yesterday, August 27th, 2020. Initial impressions are often not indicative of good results, and our results have NOT been good. One might feel satisfied with an unresolved but fair disagreement. But our inability to speak directly to the Owners or even the Business Manager about our problems is unacceptable. AND, they want to charge us for work that should have been done and wasn't. In a word, we seem to be stuck, and wouldn't use Airstrike ever again.
