We had our ac system replaced by this company...It only took one day to complete, and is working wonderfull...I want to thank Lee for all his help with the pricing issues and it was great to get a military discount..The installers worked like little bees back and forth and the installation went without a hitch..In closing i want to say that all in all, this has been a professional experience..with quality people..with a great instalation team..and a great sales team.,what else could you ask for...thanks BO

As a property manager we look for companies that are dependable, punctual and most importantly companies that have good communication with owners as well as tenants. I recently came across them due to an issue I had with one of my tenants. They immediately contacted the tenant and set up an appointment within 24hrs. They kept me updated on the repairs needed and updated me once the job was done. Most importantly they kept the tenant happy which is hard to do when they have no AC. I definitely will be using them again.

Had a mini-split replaced at my home in Tarpon Springs, AirStrike was (Again! I had them replace the larger unit upstairs about 16 months ago) on time for the appointment, technician was clean and in company attire, performed the replacement quickly and without issue at a great price plus he took the time to ask if I needed an explanation on how to operate the unit. I also really appreciated the lack of cleanup I had to do after he’d finished - there was no trash left in the yard or house and he took care to wipe his feet when coming in out of the dirt from the outdoor unit.

I did have a budget I couldn’t go over for the repair so I did my due diligence and I called several other outfits to get pricing and appointment options, too.

That won’t happen again, AirStrike is the ONLY call to make if I have an AC need. Great job guys!

I had Air Strike come out to my home to give me a FREE ESTIMATE for my Ducts..There was condesation build up and mold inside the ducts..The owner Alexis went out of his way to assure us,that they would take care of it ASAP!! The crew was here 24 hrs later..They did a amazing job!! My kids can breathe better now they have asthma..The guys were fantastic ,and very professional..Thank you so much Air Strike!!! I had Airstrike install my Trane unit and they maintain it, as well. The service tech, Will, is excellent. Gave me tips on things I can do to expand the longevity of the unit and things to check if it stops working. My drain line was plugged. Learned about a second float switch in the unit that I didn't know I had and he fixed the issue quickly. Thanks Airstrike,

They are very professional. My technician, Josh was very informative and knowledgeable. They did not make me feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. A part was not working, they found the problem and fixed it, nothing extra..... my AC works wonderful now. We worked together on schedules and time arrangements, and the technology from text messaging to tracking the driver was very efficient. I will definitely use Air Strikes services again and refer to anyone who is looking for services.... thank you so much to this company :) My dogs are even happy!!

5 stars all around - I called on a Monday and by Tuesday, there were 2 new units installed at my house. Very professional team and very responsive. Jesse came out to the house and was able to explain everything as well as answer all my questions and concerns. Looking to have a very cool summer. I had Airstrike install a new A/C and heat pump. They were very thorough from the beginning. They were the only ones that talked about replacing our ductwork and explained why it should be completed with the unit we were looking to get. They showed up when they said they would, worked long hours to get the job completed when they said they would. Luis and adrian did an awesome job. They cleaned up everyday when they left. I. Was very impressed with them and would recommend Airstrike to anyone.
