Airstrike Heating and Air Condition is an awesome company! The Office staff, Technicians and installing staff are very efficient and professional! They made the financing very easy and came to my home to complete all the paperwork. The installing staff were amazing! They got the job done in one day and worked endlessly until job was complete including clean up. This company has integrity and cares about the customers needs! Finding a company like this these days is very hard, you won't be disappointed.

Frank and his team at Airstrike provided me with great A+ service when I needed help with my old AC system. I just bought a house and the 15 year old AC system stopped working after 2 days of owning the house. I called three AC companies in need of help at 8AM. I had to leave a voicemail for all 3 calls. Frank at Airstrike called me back immediately and offered to send a technician to analyze the broken AC system at no cost. Within 3 hours a professional technician arrived at my house on time and wearing a face mask and shoe covers. The technician identified the source of the problem was corroded refrigerant line in the air handler. We called Frank and discussed my options for repair. Frank outlined 3 options for repairs or full system replacement. I decided to upgrade and fully replace my system after Frank said his team could install a brand new system tomorrow. 10 year warranty on parts. 5 year warranty on labor. Bi-annual maintenances free of charge for next 5 years. SOLD! The next morning two technicians from Airstrike arrived in a company vehicle with great manners and hard working ethics. As promised my new AC system was installed and delivering cold air 5 hours later. Impressed. They took away my old system and left my property clean and tidy. I would recommend Airstrike to everyone. You can’t go wrong.

I called Airstrike following a problem with my air-conditioning unit. I had tenants moving in on that day and Airstrike was helpful in getting somebody there right away. However, Kevin, the person they sent was not. Once he got to my home and done an inspection of the unit, he spoke about the situation with tenants before even calling me. I had provided with my personal phone number and he was expected to call me before getting there and after making the assessment. Instead Kevin called me on speaker mode from my new tenant’s phone (tenants and cleaning lady as the audience). He advised me that the AC system was old, it needed to be replaced, and that my tenants should not be charged until then. He further provided unsolicited advice on the rental laws in the state of Florida. In terms of the AC, Kevin gave me technical explanations and a series of dollar figures describing how much it would cost me. He said it had to be done right away and would I be paying cash, check, or credit card. He said credit card payments would be higher. I told him I needed this information in writing to study and compare, maybe get other estimates. He said I couldn't wait because it’s very hot in Florida and the tenants would have to go to a hotel because they could not stay there. I felt very pressured and told him I needed a little time to think about an expense this big. He threatened that if I called another company my price would go up. He may have seen an AC truck driving by property when he said “you called another company, I think they are here now... your price will be higher.” I hadn’t called any other company yet. I was hoping Airstrike would be servicing my home. Kevin did email me a very inflated estimate later. In the meanwhile, I found another very helpful company that was not only able to kick start the AC and able to cool down the home for tenants but also replaced the unit the next day with a higher power system than the one offered by Kevin and at significantly lower price. I was disappointed with all aspects of this company, except my first conversation with the kind receptionist. It was even more disappointing because this company was highly recommended by my realtor. You will definitely get a better price and better service elsewhere. Do review many estimates from other companies before you settle for less.
