The technician, Rich Register, arrived at my home in less than an hour and was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The experience illustrated that purchasing the Service Plan was a wise decision. Update: After diagnosing the problem last Sat, the repair part arrived at Lakeview on Wed, and Mr. Register completed the repair on Thurs. He was quick and efficient, and I had air-conditioning back in less than 1 hour. I consider the price to be very reasonable and the experience very satisfactory.

I had to cancel on Lakeside Heating Cooling & Plumbing twice because I had the wrong part for my faucet installation. They were very understanding about the cancellations. When I had the right part they scheduled me in very quickly! Marcos was sent to my house twice (the first time we realized we didn't have the right part). He was very professional and helpful and got the job done quickly and correctly. I would definitely use them again!

Great experience. Very responsive to install of mini split system. Richard, lead tech, very pleasant, explained process, responsive to questions. Quality of work is top notch. Job was completed, area cleaned and walked though the operation of the system in less than four hours.

The appointment was for between 12 noon and 2 PM. Jay arrived before 12 noon. He went into the system immediately and identified the problem. Luckily, the parts needed were under warranty, and although I did not have insurance for it, I was happy to pay the fee which it cost to repair. I absolutely recommend Lakeside Heating and cooling.

So far, great. We've had 4 HVAC units installed in 4 mobile homes we were restoring. These guys will guide the homeowner in the right direction to be sure they have all the knowledge they need to make their HVAC units last a long time. We have 5 more homes we're doing and I'll be calling these guys for all 5.

Used Lakeside for a tankless water heater flush. My system didn’t have the parts installed that were needed to DIY this job. Job was completed for less than initially quoted, work was timely and also my space was left clean. Would definitely use again.
