Installed a water filter and softener. Disposed of old one and satisfied requests for placement and gave sound advice. Both technicians were friendly and I felt trustworthy and were willing to go the extra yard for me to make me feel like a valued customer. After Lakeside AC came and did some work on my house and it really didn't make a difference on my home. They came back and checked everything out and made sure everything was up to par. They lived up to their 100% satisfaction guarantee and made sure everything was alright. Since my home is older they recommended some thing I can get done instead to help with the efficiency of the cooling in my home. Our air conditioner went out a few days ago. We had the company that installed the unit (during new construction in 2017), come out to look at it. They gave a price of between $2500-$6500. I called Lakeside after another company told me my HVAC system was unrepairable. I suspected that wasnt the case. I called Lakeside because I always had a good experience with them and trusted them. Nick came out and assessed the situation, spent about an hour tracing some wires and BOOM - working perfectly when he found the shorted low voltage wire. NO $10,000 replacement. Made my day and reinforced what I already thought about Lakeside. Dont make the mistake I almost did. Call Lakeside FIRST!!!
