This is an excellent company! Multiple times they have come out in a timely manner, been very informative regarding our various plumbing and septic issues, and are VERY fair in pricing. Today, Victor came out, informed us of our options and then waited for a different company to arrive to pump out our septic tank in order to determine how that was affecting our plumbing issues. Instead of waiting to come out at a later date, this enabled him to immediately clear out our drain without wasting our money. Can't praise him enough!

I have a contract with another firm but if lakeside offers it, I may switch to them. I asked my current company 2 times for the same info and still haven't heard.

This company has gone above and beyond. We can not thank them enough for not only installing a new water heater but helping us trouble shoot additional related and unrelated issues. We’ve met 4 of their techs (Robert, Anthony, Marcos and Jack) and each one of them have been extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
