Service Tech, Robbie was on time, professional and quick to figure issue. He was very thorough in describing problem. There was no service charge since we live in Land O Lakes. Normally used another Company but switched because of availability but will now switch permanently.

Had a water softener installed. It wasn’t a straight forward install so I needed a plumber. Jack was excellent and I felt very confident in his knowledge and confidence to do the job with excellent aesthetic results, which was a great concern I had. He worked very hard and careful to get me the results I wanted. When I needed him to come back and check on the softener for me he went above and beyond to make sure it was working appropriately and addressed all of my concerns and offered to come back at any time. Very professional and caring. Just a great guy. Planning on changing from my current plumbing company that had a horrible and expensive plan for the install that I am so glad I did not agree to.

We are new to Land O Lakes. I called Lakeside Heating after my neighbor recommend them to me to get a 2nd opinion for an estimate on our air conditioner. I am so glad we did. Lakeside has been our go-to for years after using other companies. We even have the same technician come out, which is great because we built a rapport, and he understands our system's history. Robert Goldsborough from Lakeside is helpful, kind, and honest about repairs and routine maintenance. We never feel like we are being sold or overcharged. Nick Olmedo repaired my AC today. He also repaired it the last time I needed service in 2002. He is very professional, and didn't try and up-sell me for either repair. I highly recommend Nick and Lakeside.

It was time to replace a broken toilet flange and angle stop in the bathroom. After calling around and getting a few quotes we decided to go with Lakeside who quoted a firm upfront price. No tech had to come out to "estimate". This was refreshing and a deal maker. Jackie gave a time slot which was met reasonably close. We texted a couple of pics of our job to Jackie who made sure the plumber had a heads up on the project. So glad we chose Lakeside. Jack our technician listened carefully to our concerns and executed a great repair in a short amount of time. Jack was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He wore a uniform and booties.
