Richard came out today because we have had an ongoing issue with our a/c. He did a full check of everything and found an issue with the duct work. He got that fixed and checked everything else, he even gave me a tip on what air filter to use and an alternate place to use it.
Above and beyond and really friendly.
Our a/c is finally working properly and I couldn’t be happier in this hot florida heat.

I was on the brink of not using this company anymore, but thanks to Richard I have changed my opinion.

I replaced the sinks, faucets and drains in the master-bathroom. Victor provided an estimate and later did an excellent job. He was on time, professional, friendly and a great communicator. I will use this company and Victor in the future. Thanks!!

Lakeside is my only choice for heating and cooling needs.
I was having cooling issues all week so I called to have someone take a look. I called them last Friday morning (today is Monday) at 8am and Robert was here by 10am.
Robert found out quickly that I had a bad leak. After discussing repair/replacement options, Robert set me up with a brand new system (at a VERY reasonable price) that was JUST installed 30 minutes ago.
Omar and Jason were not only on time to begin the tear-out and install, but were here 15 minutes early.
What I expected to be several hours without A/C was less than 3! They were quick and thorough and even addressed random questions I had about the system itself.
I’ve gone to Lakeside for small matters and now a larger one but throughout each event, I’ve never stressed about who or what I was dealing with.

Lakeside Plumbing was pleasant to deal with. They were able to put us on their schedule quickly and around our schedule. Jack diagnosed our problem and rescheduled to make the repair on the next business day. He was professional, courteous and neat. Would recommend and use them again.
