Air Strike Cooling and Heating LLC

I am looking for a new Unit on my home, Airstrike called me after filling out a form online. They sent a Tech Lee out to help us understand what we need for our home. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He considered all the things we need and gave us a good quote. Thank you!!

Lee is very informative and came up with a better plan than the other companies that were out here without destroying my home with mini splits. Thanks to Air Strike cooling I have not only saved money but we have saved my 4 yr old system from being removed. I also decided to upgrade my 30+ yr old duct work and I am happy I called them. I am very satisfied with the service Airestrike provided. From the beginning Louis came to see the job needed to be done, he was very knowledgeable and gave me good suggestions what I needed . Their price was fair and reasonable, under competitors price. Today Donnie and Anthony came to install my new unit, they were punctual, worked carefully and cleaned up after themselves. I made a desperate call when I returned home to a 90 degree temp in my home. Michelle answered the phone and was amazing at making sure that she could help me. Very sweet and professional! The technician, Lee, showed up promptly to rescue a miserable situation. He was knowledgeable, professional and very honest about what was going on with our AC unit. The 13 yr old unit was becoming a money-dump. We ended up purchasing a completely new one and we were given very honest and fair pricing! Thank you Lee and Michelle!!! Airstrike rescued us!!!

My experience with Air Strike has always exceeded my expectations from the installation I was impressed. Lee came out today to preform the maintenance and did a great job. I called Airstrike at 5pm on a Saturday and the tech(Bobby) arrived at my house at approximately 8pm. He quickly determined the drain was clogged and instructed me on what needed to be done to unclog the drain if I wanted to do it myself. He observed as I unclogged the drain. By unclogging the drain myself it saved me approximately $200. I’m very pleased with the responsiveness and resulting cost savings. Bobby was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Air Strike Cooling and Heating!

I would like to say that Lee with Air Strike is a good hearted gentlemen and there is not too many people like that these days. Although I need a new unit he was honest about my 15 yr old system and fixed it without pressuring me into buying a new one. When I do come up with the money I will be calling Lee to install a one new .

Awesome 5 star experience with Air Strike Cooling. From the beginning with Dusty the salesman on the Ductless system I had installed from him. The installation process went great and I am very pleased with Joel gave a 5 star installation process. Michelle who answered the phones and scheduled everything easily and on time. Also Lee did a great maintenance on my existing system. I highly recommend using Air Strike Cooling with there all around customer service.
