Finally! An honest AC company in my area. Allan from diamond airways just phenomenal. Shout up late in the evening and the next day to fix my AC that had completely shut down. Very knowledgeable, honest, fair, and awesome! They were recommended to me by a neighbor. I would recommend them to anyone.

Making the appointment with Eliva professionalism was prompt and efficient. Allen, Dymond repair technician was on time and was quick at solving the problem. The AC unit started cooling us off after a few minutes.

After doing a fair amount of research, reading reviews (on both Google and the Nextdoor app) and asking a couple of people for referrals, we were pointed in the direction of Dymond. The lady that answered the phone was very friendly and I let her know that all we needed was just a standard A/C servicing/check-up and she was able to get me in for the following week, which ended up being today.

Leo from Dymond came by to do the servicing and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Although we haven't had any issues, he asked if there were any concerns prior to getting started and then ran me through what he was going to be doing. He also gave me a tip on how to make my system more efficient by utilizing another slot the past owners had put in for a filter. So nothing that involved me paying more money for.

He stayed busy working on our system to make sure everything was running as it was supposed to and it took him about an hour or even slightly longer. It was quite clear he was being thorough, which I very much appreciated.

After he finished up and told me (thankfully) everything was perfect, he very briefly went over their "monthly club" option but was not even a little bit pushy about it and he didn't try to sell/up-sell me on anything else.

What I appreciated about Dymond was that unlike other local companies, they don't have "20-point, 30-point, etc." options that are all different prices to try and convince you to spend more to get a "full-service." They just do everything necessary for a VERY fair price, from my comparisons. They are a great example of a family owned and operated/locally owned and operated business that puts the customer first and isn't out to scam/make the most money they can. Therefore, we will definitely be using them again in the future for our household and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone else that has A/C needs.

**Edit: A different technician, Ricky, came today to do another servicing upon my request and I had another phenomenal experience. Just thought it would be worth noting in this review. All around stellar employees at Dymond!!

This company is top notch. From the start when I met Allan the owner, I felt that he was all about providing a great product and a fair price. His team of 3 that showed up two days later after contract were courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. They finished the job as planned and did a quality job on the total installation. Very trustworthy company. Glad I went with them.

The folks at Dymond have gone above and beyond in working with us over the past several years. They're reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, quick to get here when needed, and reasonably priced. They've never pushed us into something we didn't want, and when it was time to replace our unit, Allan came out and gave us great recommendations. All of the staff we've dealt with have been professional - would highly recommend Dymond for any A/C needs.

Today was the first time I've used Dymond heat and cooling. The entire experience from setting up an appointment through getting the job completed was excellent!!! I called Dymond after using Velocity AC whom everyone should severely avoid. They came down diagnosed a valve issue, didn't try to sell me a whole new system and fixed the issue. They are HONEST !!! Tell you what you need, will suggest if you need new. Honest and loyal are two words that describe the Dymond team. I waited 4 weeks to post this because issues do pop up. Nothing but truth from Dymond. Highly recommended.
