Alan and the team at Dymond always do a top notch job. They have installed 2 A/C units a couple years back and when anything is needed...emergency or otherwise they deliver.

The team also takes care of the a/c at my elderly mother in law’s home and she’s been pleased anytime they’ve done work. When it’s time for a new unit...she will use them. Her unit is 24 years old and they’ve never pressured her in any way to get a new unit. They keep coming to do the maintenance when due....probably why it’s still going strong.

Great company! The workers were there on time first thing in the morning and friendly. The service was excellent, they finished the job in a timely manner and were all pleasant the entire time. Dymond Heating and cooling is a company, that i would recommend to anyone, who is in need of cooling or heating services of any kind, like new system installation, existing system repair or maintenance. In the past thirteen years i used this company for my residential and commercial buildings and i would give them a 11 star review, but 5 is the limit. Two years ago, Dymond was recommended to me by another company that was just two busy to get to me due to the busy summer season. Allen, the owner of Dymond came out got my unit running and then a couple days later his team replaced my AC/Heat. Just a couple weeks ago I had a problem with the new unit. Dymond responded to me on a Sunday, although they could not get the part needed until Monday morning, it was clear they tried everything to get me back up and running that same day. The followed up as promised Monday morning with the replacement part and everything was covered under warranty. Not a penny for responding on a Sunday, returning on a Monday, they stand behind the work they do and treat their customers like the want them for life, not just that one visit. The main office even followed up with a couple days later just to make sure everything was still working and there was not any new issues.

I was having an intermittent problem with my central ac after many weeks of an on-going cooling issue. I contacted Dymond Heating & Cooling because they are Trane specialists and near me. Allen Dymond came out to my house, and naturally the issue would NOT occur while he was there. Frustrating! He did some diagnostic checks but no luck replicating the problem. He asked me to contact him the next time I experienced the problem and to turn off the breaker on the compressor so he could return as soon as possible to explore further while it was acting up. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. So far all I could ask for given the circumstances. I would highly recommend this company. I will follow up.
Edit: The problem was located and repaired by the tech as promised. The AC is now working as it should. Couldn't be happier.

I have used Dymond Heating and Cooling for over 10 years. Everything from a complete A/C install, service work and repair work. They are without a doubt the best company I have ever dealt with. Very trustworthy, excellent work and reasonably priced. You won’t go wrong I absolutely recommend them!
