Super great service! I had a brand new AC installed within 24 hours of mine going out. Couldn’t ask for a better, more professional company to work with. Using them again for another install in a couple months!

Ricky made it out the same day we called in our AC issue. He went through a detailed checklist before declaring the outside unit deceased. Dymond secured a new unit and had it installed the next day, despite iffy weather. Very professional folks especially considering how young Ricky appeared to be. The owner himself delivered the new unit, maybe gave a few pointers, but Ricky handled the whole thing. Based on some additional research, it was an excellent value, too.

A fair price for a new A/C unit along with professional staff. The time frame promised for installation of the unit was followed. Dymond Heating and Cooling has done work for me before with the same level of professionalism.

I was looking at putting a new AC compressor and air handler in my townhome and I contacted two companies. The first one came out to my house and I felt like I was being sold a vacuum cleaner or a car. High pressure with calls to finance companies. Then I called Dymond. There was no pressure. Allan discussed what I needed and asked why the other company was pushing equipment that was well beyond what I actually needed. He offered a system that I could afford and that would do the job. One thing I learned in my research was the AC is the AC but the installation was everything. Well, that's where Dymond really hit the road running. The guys that installed my AC were there when they said they would be, worked all day without making a mess, and at the end of the day, they cleaned up and it was as if they were never there. My Trane unit was humming very quietly without issues. I did have some issues with the airflow being higher in one room and not so much in the other and the guys were there to help balance everything out. I am very impressed with the service and the commitment of this company. I plan to use them to maintain the unit going forward into the future. Thank you Allan, the team, and especially Tiana. She has been great throughout the whole process. She's always there to make sure the service is as it is expected. Thank you Tiana!
