I have been using Dymond for almost a decade after a recommendrecom from a friend. Finding an honest and reliable HVAC company is really stressful, but thankfully we never feel that stress with them. They have helped us in some real emergencies and also charge incredibly reasonable prices for both emergency services and our routine annual maintenance. I just wish they did plumbing too! 😁

Everyone who works for this company is a pleasure to deal with. Dawn in the office is delightful when asking for help or appointments. Ricky came on time and was detailed in explaining what steps he was taking. I know more about replacing hvac units based on my interaction with him.

Dymond Heating and Cooling is an excellent business. They installed a new system in our Land O’ Lakes house with professional efficiency and the results could not be better. Ours is an older home that needed some adjustment to fit the new system properly and Dymond HVAC made all those adjustments and more so that the new system works wonderfully well!

Three other positive points:

Dymond gave us a detailed proposal. And they accomplished all they said they would and more!!
All Dymond technicians —along with their owner and manager/-are universally thoughtful, friendly and caring as they do their work. They even offered to help us — and did help us unsolicited !!—with several other small issues around the old house— for no charge!

Dymond recently completed the installation of a new heat pump at my residence. The work was preformed by experienced personnel with exceptional knowledge. The owner personally kept my old unit going until the new installation which I appreciated. I would highly recommend this "company".
