Tampa Bay Air Conditioning

I was referred to Tampa Bay Air from a co-worker after my old AC went down and i thought they were excellent. A new system was available and installed next day. So quick! The price was great, the install looks awesome and everyone was so friendly And knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

I contacted Tampa Bay Air Conditioning to get a quote on a replacement unit, as my system was over 20 years old, and they talked to me and helped me try to diagnose the problem myself first. When it turned out that something was broken in the old system, they came and repaired it, and then provided me a quote for a new unit, with great financing plans, and credit for the repair that we had just performed. The new system was installed a couple of days later, and it works great. I had requested quotes from different companies, and I had one company come by, take a look at the old system, and try to pressure us to accept their quote and financing offer (which, at 4.9% APR nowadays sounded outrageous). I am glad we held up for Tampa Bay Air to come by, and I can recommend them to any one that is looking for service or a new Trane unit.

Called and they offered to talk me though diagnostics that I could do myself, without me even being a customer. They were out within 24 hours of my call, would have been quicker but I wasn't available. They diagnosed the problem quickly and then got the replacement part from the dealer and installed a few hours later. Even left a temp fix in place while we waited! Will highly recommend to anyone. Will be using them for yearly preventative and future maintenance needs! Very happy.

I’ve been using Tampa Bay Air Conditioning for all my heating and cooling service and repairs since 2006. They have a staff of long time employees. Such a great company. My A/C stopped working, of course late at night. I called thinking I would get a voicemail and have to leave a message and do without air through the night. But to my surprise someone answered immediately and said they would have someone call me back. I received a call within 10 minutes from Renee and wow was she so nice and helpful. She helped my son and I figure out what was wrong and she told us how to fix it. She was on the phone with us late in to the night and stayed on with me until we made sure everything was working. I’m so impressed with Renee and the company. They were the ones that installed our unit several years ago and I’m so glad we used them. I will continue to have them come out and do maintenance for me. Thanks so much Renee!

Replaced my HVAC system with new Trane unit I got from Tampa Bay Air Conditioning. Ronnie answered all my questions when I was getting quotes, gave me a few options, very professional honest genuine person not a hard sell, gave me time to make an informed decision and call and ask additional questions. Ron Sr and his team were very professional personable cleaned up the job area well, answer questions as well and my questions as to running the new system with my new thermostat. Renee was pleasant to talk with as well and getting things sorted out with the invoice, setting up the inspection etc. Very pleased with my decision to go with them. I definitely would recommend them to others.

Excellent service. Came out and were able to get my ac repaired in one day. First tech that came out was from a different company and told me that I needed a new motor, and new blower wheel and that copper had to be cut out and it would be an expensive fix. I was recommend Tampa bay ac by my neighbor so I contacted them and they came out and told me only the blower wheel needed replacement. So glad I contacted them. They did the job the same day and done! Thanks to Tampa bay ac and of course my neighbor!
