We called Tampa Bay A/C for a second opinion concerning work another company said we needed on our a/c. Ronnie thoroughly checked our system and told us that no additional air intake was needed, we were fine. He did the annual maintenance, checked inside and out, flushed the system. We are thrilled with the service and will use Tampa Bay A/C for all future needs and maintenance.

Update... Several days later I had an alarm system installed that involved a thermostat being changed. I needed an HVAC technician to upgrade wiring. Tampa Bay AC scheduled me in right away and fixed the necessary wiring issue quickly as well as inhaling the new thermostat, ensuring that I understood all functions and interactions with the smart home upgrade. Thank you again!

Renee, Lisa and their team were all very easy to work with throughout the miserable process of shopping for a AC system replacement while our unit at the time was broken. Once we confirmed we wanted to move forward, TBACI quickly scheduled us and even came out a day earlier than originally planned. The equipment installed should hopefully last us a very long time. We plan to use this company in the future and recommend them to others.
