J&L Air Conditioning & Heating

I discovered this Sunday morning my A/C wasn't working. I call J&L at 9AM and their Service Rep Mike arrived before 10AM. He discovered the issue and fixed my A/C by 10:30AM. Pretty darn good service. I highly recommend J& L Air and especially Mike!

This company is fantastic! They don't over charge and even come out on Saturday's. An honest company you can fully rely on! One call to them and a tech is on their way. Mike the tech is the best! He got our AC up and running in under 40 minutes. I highly recommend this place to all! Thank you J&L and thank you too Mike!

I had a great experience with this company. Professional, knowledgeable, and fast! Called them on Monday afternoon and they came right out the next morning - offered to come out the same day but I couldn't be there. Up and running with nice cool air for a very reasonable cost on an old unit. Also received good advice for when I'm ready to replace. Will definitely do business with them again! Thanks, Mike!

Mike came out and troubleshooted the problem right a way. Next day New coil was replaced after Mrs. Lisa spent hours on the phone trying to get the coil under warranty. This is a dedicated company that takes care of there customers. Thank you

These guys are fantastic and very courteous. Joe pinpointed my AC issues within two minutes of opening it up (my blower motor was fried and blades were torn apart), showed me the Carrier manufacturer's parts & labor pricing from the book. He took my fan housing back to his shop so he doesn't have to waste my time while he assembled the new parts together into the housing. The very next day, Sean came in and installed the new blower motor and fan blades housing in less than twenty minutes. I will definitely do business with them again. In fact, I am going to hire J&L for my yearly AC service maintenance because their price is very reasonable.

We have used Joe with J&L Air Conditioning and Heating 3 times now. He has always been kind, helpful, honest, and informative. More importantly, he has always been able to identify and fix our issues quickly and charges a fair price. Two of his trips out here he charged us less than he probably should have. We highly recommend this company!

Shawn was great, a few months later I placed a call in to find out about a strange sound coming from the compressor outside on a 34 degree nigjt. Lisa took my call was was very pleasant and accommodating. Mike came out and the system was operating perfectly and explained everything.

Where do I start! I found them on the internet, and called based off the reviews; I was NOT disappointed! I just moved from the West Coast, purchased a home, and the AC went out...just my luck. The moment I talked to Lisa, I felt like I was being taken care of. I explained my situation, she told me she’d see what she could do and call me back. She worked her magic, and poof Joe was here within 45 minutes. Joe checked things out, explained to me in detail, and showed me what the problems were. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and I felt like I could trust him. He gave me my options. I decided to go with what I knew I needed...a brand new system. Now for more magic and outstanding customer service. They don’t work on Saturday but my system didn’t arrive until Friday. They were kind and considerate enough to send out two guys to install on Saturday so I didn’t have to suffer through the weekend. The install occurred in a timely manner, they showed me how to work the thermostat, gave me possible troubleshooting options, and they didn’t leave until everything was tested and in great working order. A few days later, Joe called to check up on me and the install. I couldn’t have asked for a better company to have assisted me! I definitely recommend J&L!

We just closed on a house and discovered the AC Unit was bad. I called about 10 minutes before J&L was open and they promptly answered the phone. They actually were able to send a technician to look at the problem within the same hour I called! I still can't believe how quick and responsive they were. The service technician diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He had to order the part but was able to get it the next morning and came back and finished the job. This is the gold standard of how all businesses should run. Great technician and great service. We've found a heating/AC company that we will be sticking with for life. Thanks J&L!
