Joe was out within 2 hours on Father's Day weekend and had our a/c problem resolved quickly. Thanks for cooling our house down and arriving so quickly!

Technician was professional and knowledgeable and completed checking my system even under adverse circumstances (car trouble). Also gave helpful advice on how to keep my system safe from mold and what needs to be done in the future to prevent it. Thank you🙂

After 18 years of service, our A/C broke down and needed to be replaced. We call J&L on Thursday afternoon and Mike was here the very next day. He was transparent by saying that the old A/C was repairable but for the cost and the age of the unit it was a gamble. Mike provided options and didn't pressure us or pushed a sale, he laid all on the table and allowed us time to decide on our next step. We decided to install a new unit, Lisa guided us through the finance process and made it as simple as possible. Came Tuesday morning, Shawn, Erik and Jacob were here early installing the new unit. They worked efficiently and without delay. Even Mike and Joe dropped by to see that everything was going accordantly and within 4 hours the new unit was up and running. Their dedication to customer service was exceptional and always willing to answer my questions with a smile. We are happy with our choice of product and even more by choosing J&L Air Conditioning. I definitely be recommending them at every chance. The "Big Box" companies are focused on grabbing your money and that's it. J&L is not only about service but it seems that they also want to establish a long lasting business relationship with their customers!

Needed new ac installed in a mobile home asap and had disappointment with other companies not responding to my request for estimates and some promising to return my calls and not doing so. Anyway, I sent an email to J and L Air Conditioning and they responded in about 2 hours and scheduled the following day to come out and provide an estimate, which they did and said they could do the install the next morning. I received a text message the next morning that the crew was enroute to my home. The installation took about 3 hours and their work, which I observed from start to finish was excellent and they were very courteous.

We have used J and L Air since we bought our home and have always been happy with the advice and service we have received. Value to us is includes having professional, quality, responsive service, not just a reasonable price. We recently had issues with an AC that was only 2 years old. After over a week of the AC being on the fritz and then completely out at the end of July in the Florida heat, J and L was able to work with us to get it replaced. The service that Mike and Lisa at J & L give is top notch and we are grateful for all. Thank you Mike, Lisa, and Joe at J &L for helping getting the AC restored/replaced and helping to restore my sanity!
P. S. If Mike recommends an AC for your home- listen to him- without our 5 year no hassle warranty this issue would have cost us thousands to repair! You never know when you are the one with a manufacturer lemon until you know, and then it may be too late!

My one year old air conditioning from a different company failed again, so I decided to call a different company. J and L responded quickly and fixed my problem. Thanks guys

What is there not to love about this company?! AC went out, and had bad work done by another company. Called J&L after being referred over and Lisa got me squared away immediately! Mike showed up early and not only was knowledgeable but informative and explained by showing me everything to ensure I understood what happen and why! Mike is not just a worker he is true stewardess of his profession and needs a raise! Top notch through and through! Extremely grateful 🙏🏽
