Robert is a master of HVAC system. Our 15 year-old system reached its limit and Robert explained me the issue and how much would cost to repair. Thanks to Robert, I purchased a new system and the process was extremely easy. I recommend Cornerstone Pro!

I was relieved when Troy came to our home. Immediately, Troy tackled each and every request promptly and professionally. Not only did Troy complete each request, he also spoke with me about each issue and how he resolved it. This gave me piece of mind and a better understanding on how to prevent future occurrences. My AC unit kept tripping offline. Rob was very thorough in checking the system, but didn't try to upsell me anything. He took pictures of each problem and showed them to me while explaining that most of the issues weren't critical right now. His assessment matched my own, but he was able to service the unit beyond what I would have done on my own. He answered every question I had and was transparent about everything. My unit has been troublesome since we built our house 3 years ago, so I joined their maintenance club, which offered far more than other HVAC companies and at a MUCH lower price. They were the highest rated HVAC company I found on Google and I could see why. I highly recommend their services!

Professional, timely, considerate, thorough! He took the time to make sure our unit was running right! We have a house full of elderly and ill and cannot afford to not have air for their health, and can't afford to be taken advantage of. Michael came out and took care of our situation and made sure we would be good to go!

I had Johnathan stop by today to quote me and a home water softener and water filtration system. He walked me thru all the option and possible issues we might come across during the installation. Provided me with in depth knowledge on what he has seen before and a competitive quote. I will be using their service

HVAC Maintenance by Kyle:
Kyle provided me with a HVAC preventative maintenance visit, i had not had my HVAC system looked at the previous year, I had not turned on my A/C or my heater in over a year and now with the temperature getting warmer it was time to turn on the system. Kyle did great and through work. He ran all the tests and reviewed the results with me from my system. I did have a capacitor that was not working properly, he provided me a set of options. He was professional and a courteous, I unfortunately had to jump on to a few business calls during his visit but he was patient with me while he was looking for either some info from me or looking to explain to me a issue or process. Finally after i was done with my calls he got me up to speed on what was going on. Once the work was complete, the system was turned on and the house cooled down in about 20 minutes. It was a pleasure to have Kyle service my system.

Water softener installation:
There was a couple of small issues that arose during the installation. Some from the Cornerstone and some from my side. The issue was that I wanted to use a filtration system that i had purchased, I was informed that it would work well with the water softener I purchased from Cornerstone. I had paid for the system from Cornerstone plus the installation. When the installation team arrived, they were reviewing the parts that i was providing and they informed me that this was a complete system. Filtration, water softening and UV. That’s where my error happened, I bought something and didnt inform myself properly as the home owner to fully understand what i already had. It had been purchased a few years prior and I lost track of what I originally purchased. I thought we were going to install my system plus what i purchased from Cornerstone. To the installers (Patrick) credit, he discussed with me that I indeed already had everything i needed and that the unit that i purchased from Cornerstone was not needed. His honest and professional advise helped me understand what my options were. It also came at a benefit to me as if I installed only my components, the total cost of the service would be about half of what I was going to pay. So even when the company would lose out on $$$, he was ensuring that the customer was installing what was correct. I had him install only my components and return their water softener/filtration system. As I said, it ended up being that my down payment deposit was already more then the total of the install so Cornerstone actually owed me a refund after the completion of the work. A couple of days later the refund was completed with out even a phone call from my end. Patrick tested some water pre the new water system and showed me the hardness level. He then tested the water coming out of my faucets and the levels were significantly lower. After letter the water run for a while the test were ran again and the results were even better. He told me that as the system flushed out the existing water in the lines, it will continue to get better.

I was impressed with the workmanship, the professionalism and honesty of Patrick.

I chalk up the mistake of the original work order to a misunderstanding and lack of knowledge from me on what i had originally purchased. At the end of the day i was complete happy with the work.

As others had stated before, Cornerstone Pro is on the higher end of Cost scale as i had other quotes done. However their workmanship and professionalism is top notch. Even when mistakes happen they ensure that they are corrected.

I had Cornerstone out on Saturday to fix a problem with my a/c. The drain pipe was leaking in the garage after the service, I called and they sent someone right out that evening to correct.

I am so happy with Joe’s service today! We have been without a kitchen sink due to an unqualified plumber. I called Cornerstone and they sent Joe out. Joe thoroughly went through and corrected every singe issue the previous plumber did wrong. My mind has been put at ease and so thankful Joe was able to fix it all. Thank you!!!

Joshua W came and performed a A/C check up, outside and inside units, thermostats, drain lines, all the works, and gave me a thorough description of the state of my A/C, and recommended a couple of good gadgets that would improve the performance and air quality of my unit. Great experience with Joshua and Cornerstone Pros, and their office staff ensure to follow up on my appointments with email reminders and courtesy calls. From their office staff to their technicians, this company do really care for the customer.
