Kurtis was prompt, professional, and polite. He went above and beyond to repair our plumbing and did a thorough job. We will definitely be using this business again in the future.

This system is less than 4years old and it’s already had the evaporator coil replaced numerous times and I’ve had numerous issues since then. I am very unhappy with service and product. I’ve had a few techs out to service with different explanations, but no real solutions other than replacement. This system should not be operating like this and I fully understand that defects come from factory, but this will be the third time they replace a major component and it’s costing me lots of money to replace. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! With the system and the company!! I have a membership with them that I will be canceling.
I was actually told by tech that we should have gotten a different system and made light of the situation. He also told me that it was the luck of the draw with me and this system having SO MANY ISSUES!
Not what we wanted to hear from a senior tech. He also said that management will not work with us in getting this resolved. The bottom line is that we are going to have to replace this major component and are stuck continuing to pay for it and having issues with it.

I do not normally leave negative reviews but felt like this deserves one. My experience with this company has been to say the least very challenging. So thread carefully when making a decision with them.

Cornerstone Pros tech John B. was very professional, thorough, informative and proficient. Contact from tech concerning time of arrival was very helpful and appreciated. Always a pleasant professional to deal with when contacting Cornerstone Pros about any needs for service or questions. He checked our A/C units for leaks and found and showed me where the problem was. Checked on any available warranty on the unit, and determined that it would take until the next week ( being this was Friday) to find the necessary repair parts and get back to me with the information. John B. was very diligent and helpful during the process and provided good information and insight on the issues.

WARNING: Senior citizens, single parents, and those struggling to put food on the table. ABSOLUTELY LOOK ELSEWHERE! I had a cracked PVC coupling at the water meter. I neatly exposed and made clear the area in question, it appeared to be a simple 30-60 minute job for anyone of nominal intelligence. To spare myself the trip to Lowe’s to purchase $20 worth of parts and glue, and so I could complete another project I was busy with, I decided to shop around for a plumber, an honest “Christian” plumber at that, knowing it couldn’t possible take someone with experience more than 30 minutes to do.

Being a full supporter of American free enterprise, I was prepared to pay a fair and honest rate to get the job done. Pharmacist, Nurse Practitioners, Opticians, Dietitians all have at least 8 years of complex college degrees and make $70 an hour. Family Doctors $100 per hour.

Cornerstone Pro won’t give you a quote or articulate an hourly rate for,their service! Additionally, they have a $69 service fee just to come out to give you a quote. I was given a discount on the service fee of $30. The plumber was here for 15 minutes max.

Cornerstone Pro quoted me $700 to unscrew a $3 coupling from a water meter and connect to an $3 elbow going to the house. I IMMEDIATELY rejected the quote, and he made $30 in 15 minutes.

I took the challenge and successfully did the job myself, it took me 30 minutes and cost me $20 in material PVC glue included. The hardest part, was driving to Lowe’s in traffic. The most expensive, time consuming and frustrating part of the job was paying a man who did nothing, more than a pharmacist makes an hour, to quote me a price for a job I couldn’t afford for him to do, all because Cornerstone Pro does articulate an hourly rate. I’m not a plumber but a senior citizen and I did it in 30 minutes, meaning, Cornerstone Pro’s hourly rate was $1400 per hour!

I discovered this isn’t an isolated case and plumbing companies in Florida have a licensed cartel arrangement where they get away these tactics ie a monopoly no different than OPEC.

Better yet, I’ve found myself my cause, to protect senior citizens, and the poor from being exploited by “licensed” tradesmen, with a year or two trade school from denying senior citizens and the poor access to PUBLIC WATER by virtue of having a “licensed” market.

Two immediate fixes, require licensed plumbers to articulate an hourly rate, if not, make it unlawful to charge a “service fee” to come out and quote an hourly rate that normal everyday taxpaying citizens just can’t afford! Contact me concerning your encounter. This just shouldn’t be legal!

AC Tech Mark M. was personable and efficient, answering any question along the way while also explaining steps taken when parts are replaced.

Cornerstone seems to be very customer focused and Mark M. Is an excellent example of that approach.

Had Cornerstone out for an HVAC repair. The technician arrived within the provided arrival window and they called me when he was headed my way. After looking at the unit they went over the needed repair with me. I chose to move forward and they were out 3 days later after getting the part for me. The install went well and resolved the issue. Will call them for any other issues in the future!

Booking was a breeze and the tech arrived on time. Matt, took his time and informed me of the work that needed to be done and gave his recommendations.

He did a great job and I would highly reccomend Cornerstone over the other local air companies on US-41.

I will definitely be using Cornerstone for all of my AC needs.
