Kyle C. was great! He came out to service my a/c. He was on time and very professional. I like the way he explained the issue to me straight forward and simple. Great business!

The Technician who came out on our call was first-most very polite and respectful. He also was very knowledgeable and explained out numerous options . He wasn’t pushy or a salesman and I feel he gave us a very honest and informed opinion on our situation, excellent job!!!!

Our technician Zack was phenomenal. He responded quickly, even at off hours, rapidly diagnosed the issue with our AC unit and resolved it in a timely manner. All the way he explained the issues, the necessary fixes, and always made sure to not pressure us to agree to anything merely providing explanation. Superbly professional.

My technician, Andrew, was terrific! He was very courteous, friendly, professional, ethical, and had integrity which is what I was looking for. I just bought my home in Hudson, FL a couple of weeks ago and called out another a/c guy- who I wasn't at all impressed with- so after reviewing Cornerstone Pros, I decided to give them a call this morning when my a/c completely stopped working. I was thoroughly satisfied with Andrew and his expertise, and thanks to him, what started off to be a bad day...turned out to be a blessing! :)

I called at 7:30am because I had a bath faucet that was running
a lot of water that required shutting off the main water valve. They dispatched Jonathan out by 10am the same day. He was very courteous and professional. My husband thought we had to have the entire faucet replaced. But Jonathan saved me some money by replacing only what was needed. Thank you for the quick response and honest service. A+++

Matthew was great! He communicated well with my husband and I about the repair expectations and possibilities. He was able to repair our leaking spigot quickly and left the area tidy. Thank you so much!

Called them todo a repair on waterline that got damaged while drilling thru a wall. They came out and repaired it very quickly and stayed after the repairs were done to make sure no further leaks. Great technician and great company!

This company was amazing! They were timely when it came to all appointments being set. Called, came out to give me an estimate, not pushed at all. Showed up, checked everything handed me a price and said, let me know when you want us. Then, I called with my decision and they installed next day. Whole new unit!

I am wheelchair bound, and the second guy they sent out was quality control. Just to inspect for code enforcement and he realized the thermostat was high up and moved it down for me. Something most people don’t think of ever. We need more people like Brad in this world.
