Cornerstone Pros - Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical

It is extremely hard to get a 5 star from me. I hold every company to the highest expectations. However, Cornerstone has found the formula to ensure a 5 star rating with their phenomenal customer service and extraordinary quality of services. I can’t rave about this company enough!

Let’s begin 6 months prior. The technician that was dispatched to my home was Sean. He was very knowledgeable, professional, communicated well, and his quality of work was remarkable.
Before Sean left my property, he informed me of a membership program through Cornerstone that would be beneficial to the people whom they serve. This membership assist in scheduling maintenance services every 6 months. He stated that someone would be reaching out to me schedule the maintenance services. I thought to myself there is no way this could possibly be true. But to my surprise, 6 months later, I received a call from Cornerstone stating it was time to schedule the maintenance for the AC unit. Remind you, I totally forgot that I needed to schedule this service. I was pleasantly impressed with the follow through. I can’t thank Sean enough for this valuable information.

Moving along, my appointment was scheduled for today. The technician Mark M.was dispatched to my home. He was pleasant, very competent, professional, and communicated effectively. He immediately begin working to maintenance the system. Once he was done, he showed me the results of the maintenance and what was needed. He was able to effectively explain the problems that he saw and the solutions. I informed him that I wanted to move forward with making the necessary corrections, but next the next appointment would have to be scheduled on a Saturday due to my busy work schedule. Mark stated that he needed to reach out to someone to ensure it would be possible to schedule me on the day requested. It took him some time to get in contact with the individual because they were in a meeting. Prior to getting in contact with the individual, I informed him that I’d make it work with any date that he was able to schedule for the additional services needed. He asked me to give him a few minutes. When he returned, he had scheduled the services to be rendered on the day that I requested. It is evident that the employees of Cornerstone care about their customers and will go above and beyond to meet their reasonable needs. I would give this company a thousand stars if it was possible. Both Sean and Mark M. are equally superior technicians whom did not try to upsell or take advantage of me. They showed me the facts and I decided how I wanted to move forward. Hands down, this is the BEST company around!!

The labor cost was very high for just a few minutes to replace a capacitor. $148 labor. But he was very good and thorough, arrived on time. I have used cornerstone for many years now and they are reliable. But they have become expensive.

We have had issues with our bonus room AC system for years! Even after Cornerstone installed a new system there were still humidity issues which lead to mold in our ceiling. Today they came out and corrected every issue and completed a very detailed installment. Thomas and David did an excellent job! Very thorough and detailed. We appreciate this so very much! A big thank you to Kevin and Brad and Brandi for following up with us on this issue and rectifying the problem. You have no idea how much we appreciate this service that you provided. ❤️

What a good experience, he had our leak fixed lickety split, will use them again, highly recommend!

Nathan and his partner Peyton did a great job, installing our new water heater and left everything clean and in order. Very good professionals and I recommend them.

My A/C quit working after hours so I started researching companies to fix the issue and came across Cornerstone. I submitted a work request through their websites chat feature (which I am always leery of) and to my surprise received a phone call first thing the next morning…7:30am. The woman I spoke with was courteous and informative and said someone would be out same day to get it fixed. The service tech was Kyle, he was on time, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and got cold air blowing again with no issues. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC related work.

Hi highly recommend Troy Schuldt as Senior Plumbing Technician. Please list this resource as my primary point of contact for all my needs going forward, regular maintenance and break/fix issues. He flushed out my water heater, I know it seems trivial/easy, but I won't go into the background as to why I want him to be my single POC going forward as I stray away from posting anything negative about any company - Only positive feedback from Cindy :) All I can say is I trust this technician and he checks off all my boxes of professionalism, efficiency, technical expertise, effective communication and respect. Thank you Troy and Thanks to Cornerstone for hiring this resource, he will keep your company in business and you need more technicians on staff who exhibit the same qualities as Troy. Eric was professional knowledge efficient pleasant and understanding. He explained the service and advised the suggested electrical standards and needs for my residence. He provided much needed service and offered additional services if desired. I have full confidence in his skills and would recommend him and cornerstone to all who seek electrical service at a fair price and competent professional expertise.

Our AC unit stopped working and it was a Saturday Evening. We called and they sent someone out to look at the unit within a couple of hours. Garret was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He found the issue in minutes of arriving and fixed it. I was expecting a bill that was going to be hundreds of dollars given it was a Saturday Evening and was less than $100 . I will be using the company for all of my AC maintenance needs.

Cornerstone has been a pleasure to work with. We always request Troy because he's always solved our issues in the best way possible- both financially and practically. We appreciate him very much!
