I needed help with installng an instant hot water unit and a leak with my R/O water filter system. Donovan figured out what I had done wrong and how to make it work correctly. We now have plenty of instant hot water and no leaks! They are probably not the least expensive company but the work was done correctly and I was offered a really great deal with their ongoing extended coverage of Air, Plumbing, and Electric for $9.99 a month. To good of a deal to pass up! Definitely recommend them and will use them again.

After dealing with a rude warranty company I was so happy to finally have my issue resolved quickly and with actual care for my family. Matthew was so amazing will definitely use him and this company for all my future home needs.

Having to spend thousands of dollars to replace your HVAC system definitely doesn’t put you in the best spirits, but having an honest and experienced company doing it for you makes a world of difference. Our house was having trouble staying cool over the last year or so and on hot days would get up to 79-80° when set to 72°. The unit would be on 24/7 and we’d be lucky if it got down to 73-74° overnight. Our neighbors strongly recommended calling Cornerstone so we did and a tech named Alvino came by the next day. He shot me straight from the beginning and was extremely knowledgeable. He said the Freon was low so it was likely a leak in the coil, but could only tell by filling it. Told me price up front (Freon is expensive!) and then did the service and showed me a video of exactly where the leak was and how he could tell. He then gave me 3 options that differed vastly in cost and listed the pros and cons to each. Ultimately we didn’t feel he was pushing us at all towards a full replacement but that seems like the most appropriate option for us given a number of factors. He was able to help work to get us the lowest price and I’m very comfortable with the decision we made. They are installing the new unit within the next couple of days but I can already feel a huge difference in the house with the temporary fix of him adding the Freon. All in all, highly recommend these guys!!

And we were very happy with the service that Joe provided us in identifying whether or not we had a leak in our shower. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the possibilities very clearly.

Seems like a well run company. Very responsive, with an estimate on a total replacement of my HVAC system. Worked with me on the price I wanted to be at. The initial installation crew was not the most professional compared to the other folks I dealt with. Probably just need some schooling. I like that they have a QA person who comes out the day of the installation to inspect the technician's work. Unfortunately, it was a little early in the installation process, or He would have caught the fact that the handler wasn't level, not to draining properly. Therefore, they had to send out a much more experienced Technician to re-do and level the decking of the air handler. Which He did a great job and made sure everything was good. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience and like the fact that they send out a county inspector afterward to verify it's installed properly and up to code.

None of the other companies even mentioned permits or make sure everything was up to code. Especially if you ever sell the house.

Cornerstone services did install tankless water heater. Great work. Their annual visit to check a/c and water lines very effective. Great value! Their technology usage to communicate to the customer is one of the best.

Replaced an older commode. Matt the tech was friendly and very efficient. His suggestions proved to be the correct ones. Rather than placing a bandaid, surgery was performed with a new install. Will be installing several electrical projects soon. Crystal was also very helpful on my initial call and scheduling.

Came out on an inspection of our air conditioning system. He adjusted the overflow valves and completely checked out the air conditioning unit and the compressor outside and checked the capacitor outside, and he cleaned out my overflow pipe to the outside. Very polite, very professional and the communications were excellent.

We’ve used Cornerstone for several AC, electrical, and plumbing problems. They are always professional and do great work. Everyone we work with has been super nice, cleaned up after themselves, and are always willing to explain things to you.

Once again, wake up to the A/C not working. Called Cornerstone and their technician Michael is out, fixed the problem, and gone before my service window started. Always excellent professional service with Cornerstone
