Mark repaired my garbage disposal and performed scaling on my tankless water heater. He was not only very professional and knowledgeable, but he also provided helpful information on how to properly use and maintain these items to insure that they continue to work at an optimum level.

A+++.I called on a Sat pm. I expected to be yes and then canceled. Instead, Mark arrived w/in the hour. He relayed work needed so I'd understand. He answered & completed the work; and offered annual maint advice that I gladly accepted.
He advised me on updates I need done by our HOA. I am definitely going to use them for all future plumbing, AC, electrical work. I believe Cornerstone Pro is honest and trustworthy. TY for Mark and your company.

I was so pleased with the service that Jerry and Chaz provided for my light fixture installation. They communicated very clearly and professionally, and did a fantastic job. They even saw another ceiling fan part which needed repairing and offered to do this while they were there (I did not ask them to do this). I would recommend Cornerstone to anyone for their professional electrical services.

Cornerstone needs to promote Alvino. He is polite, communicates exceptionally well, educated me on my system and the issue he was addressing and he was engaging, expeditious, and did a great job. Genuinely super impressed and I will absolutely be requesting him specifically when I use cornerstone again.

Changed out my drier. Customer service was very responsive and repair was fast and easy and ended up saving me money. Ricardo is the best and will definitely continue to use Cornerstone bc of him!

Working in the real estate business for several years now has allowed me to find some great companies on behalf of my clients. Unfortunately, Cornerstone was extremely unreliable and disappointing. Not only are their arrival windows absurdly long, they fail to arrive during said time frame. My appointment window this morning was between 8am and noon. Didn’t show until 1:20. At that point, because it’s a condominium, the concierge was on break and unable to unlock roof door for access to the condenser. As I am trying to figure a solution, it is 1:30pm. Worker was unwilling and actually requested by his superior to leave the property for the next job instead of waiting 30 minutes for access as I had waited over 5 hours. I called and spoke to whomever, who was delightful on the phone, and she said someone will be there close to 2pm. I called multiple times afterwards and no one knew a single time frame or who would be sent out so I could provide access details. 4pm rolls around & no word, email, text, phone call, nada! I called again and they magically had someone coming back out with the ETA of 4:50. Because it’s a condominium and no residential owners have their own access to the roof, the roof access will have to be closed at 5pm by the concierge. I cancelled my appointment and will never use nor recommend this company again. I find it amazing how a company is so poorly organized with their schedules and employees. What a shame.

I had a technician come out, Johnathan C, to give me a quote on fixing a leak on my 2" drain pipe from my washing machine. Johnathan was very knowledgeable about everything that had to be done to fix the leak, from removing the concrete around the pipe to all the fittings that needed to be replaced from poor origional construction. He was very courteous and also informed me about keeping an eye out on my water heater because it was getting past its life expectancy and gave me a quote on that without me even knowing! I highly recommend this amazing company for everything they can do!

The whole experience was great. Even though they had no openings they understood that my issue couldn’t wait and added me in. Matthew explained my options and was quick and efficient with the repairs. 100% will use them again.

Scheduled a tech to snake the bathtub drain line. I knew it was simple task and that there were no major plumbing issue, the tub simply drained slow and I knew it needed to be flushed of hair. The tech agreed with my assessment. It took the technician 10 minutes to snake and clear the bathtub drain. This company does not subtract the service call from the balance of work completed. I paid $411 for a 10 minute snake job. If I wasn’t closing a real estate transaction the following day and this needed to be done immediately I would have no way except at this absorbent and ridiculous cost.

Called on a saturday, and tech arrived about 1:00pm. Kyle was very thorough, and professional. He knew what he was doing. AC was back cooling in 11/2 hrs. Fair price and great service
