Great response time. Mike was really friendly and honest with the work that needed to be done. Same day service, they were able to get me a morning appointment. Excellent, professional service and customer service top notch!!!

I hired Cornerstone to repair the shut off valve to one toilet, replace an old tub/shower faucet and head, and replace the washer hot water hose.This business is BBB approved, and that’s where I found them. The technician that came today was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a quote to do the job. They did not perform any of the work today and rescheduled to complete everything in two business days, which is okay, I was just a little disappointed that he couldn’t fix at least the toilet valve today. Therefore, I cannot give a true review until they actually perform the work. I wasn’t thrilled that I had to pay for half of the total cost before having the job started. I understand down payments are typically given, but I didn’t expect to pay half upfront. I will be leaving a full review after the job is completed. Stay tuned.

From my phone call to Cornerstone when I realized the A/C had stopped working to Garrett completing the job of unclogging the drain line, the response time was amazing, the problem was diagnosed efficiently and the work required me to do nothing but stay out of the way of the pro. Great cordial service from our forever HVAC service provider. While I stayed in to enjoy the cool air that was back Derrick went the extra mile in the 90 degree heat to take pics and videos that showed me what he did and what was causing the drain blockage.

Was really impressed with the courtesy and professionalism. There was a challenge in installing the unit in my older home , and another technician and quality assurance manager ultimately came out quickly following the initial install and identified a problem , and set up and detailed a resolution. They made what could have been a poor experience into a great one.

The professionalism and courtesy of Nick and Michael was outstanding, best I have experienced with work done on my home. The friend who referred them said they would do a good job. He wasn’t totally correct - they did a terrific job. It was gratifying to see.

The tech showed up quickly and confirmed what I thought the issue was. My issue is the tech went directly to replacement of the unit as the solution. As someone who has worked on AC units in the past I know that the leak in the evaporator coil could have been braised and the gas recharged at a much more affordable cost. Had the tech even given the option I would have gladly paid it. Unfortunately his only suggestion to me is to replace the unit. I will be using some one else because of this.

Had to replace my evaporator coil. From the first phone call till the work was complete Cornerstone and their techs were outstanding. Extremely professional, on time, clean, and very patient with a customer who asked 1000 questions about AC systems.

I had an emergency air conditioning issue my house was not cooling. Another company never showed so I called Cornerstone who answered and set up an immediate appointment. The tech came quickly and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly! I really appreciate their responsiveness and the quick positive income!

I always appreciate that Cornerstone sends a picture and something about the technician before they come and they call 1/2 hr before they come. I trust their work and advice about repairs or work that needs to be done. They educate us about why things need to be done. Always polite and respectful.

Signed up for annual home services package. Completed appointment for plumbing inspection. Service Technician was very kind and took time to answer all my questions and explain recommendations. Highly recommend this company.
