I have been a customer of Cool Bear since 2018 when they installed my unit. I recently had a problem with the unit and was without a/c over the weekend; when I called early Monday morning the friendly girls in the office fit me in first thing and the technician, Barrington. arrived at my house around noon. Barrington was friendly and knowledgeable, but most of all, he listened to what I said about what was going on with the unit and found the problem immediately. A part was ordered and we are waiting for installation but in the meantime, Barrington got the unit up and running and we are comfortable while waiting for the part. Cool Bear is responsive and caring and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality a/c company.

Got a service contract for 4 routine maintenance services. Scheduled the final service 3 times in one week because they kept telling me the technician was hours behind. On the third visit we were supposed to be the first call then they said the tech would be there 2 hours later due to traffic. I looked and there was no traffic and no reason for them to be late AGAIN! And I feel bad for the ladies answering the phones, it sounds like they could care less and if I was getting minimum wage I wouldn’t want to deal with customer complaints all day either for that kind of money. Will never use this company again.

Bought the Lennox unit about a year and a half ago. Had some very minor issues that were always resolved quickly and correctly. Great company to work with. Just had our semi-annual maintenance check up. The technician SANTIAGO was professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our home.

Overall a great experience. Began with a visit from Dave, Cool Bear sales manager. Walked me through my replacement options clearly.
My installers were Jean and Merlin and they were terrific. Very careful to keep the house clean, using a lot of tarps, wearing booties etc.
Great installation.....unit up and running and I am most satisfied.

We knew that we needed a new system installed. Cool Bear was the 2nd company that I called for an estimate. Our Salesman, Frankie M, was great! He showed me some of the current issues and explained how their installation would be better. Their price was competitive even more so with the Costco perks and upgrades (remote thermostat and UV protection). Vix, our installer, was early, finished the job quickly and cleaned up. We called for service on another property and that technician had our system working in less than 30 minutes. We are very happy with Cool Bear! We are looking forward to keeping the maintenance plan with them and I will be calling them for our future needs.

I would like to thank everyone at Cool Bear and Home Depot for helping us replace our old AC unit. This was an amazing experience and I would chose no one else to get the job done. Frankie was very helpful and knowledgeable about what AC unit is best for my home. He answered all my questions and explained everything in a way I could understand. The technicians who came to install the unit were very kind and professional and everything was installed quickly and efficiently. Cool Bear is an amazing team of people and I would recommend them to anyone in need of these services.

Yordanis and the team did an excellent job removing the old AC and installing the new one. They were very professional and clean.

Roger was my service provider today. He wore his mask the entire morning, and worked diligently all morning, doing maintenance& general servicing. I just moved to his home; Roger explained everything to me and educated me in what to look out for. I will request having him for the next service!
It was a great introductory package I signed up for at Costco in Wellington. Mike had a spot there & explained the intro package thoroughly.

My mother's HVAC system had broken down and a different company had looked at it and advised us that it could be repaired for $1700 plus the cost of cleaning our ducts, which they claimed were overrun with mold. On the recommendation of a good friend in the HVAC business, we called Cool Bear for a second opinion and someone came out immediately. Our tech, Berrington, was AMAZING. After a thorough assessment he informed us that not only did we NOT have a mold problem, the repairs the previous company recommended would not have fixed our problem.
The system was very old and I needed someone to tell me straight what would be the wisest use of our money - repair or replace? Berrington was very patient and detailed in his explanation of both options. Ultimately he able to get us into a brand new system very affordably. The install was handled quickly, professionally and with exceptional results. These guys may be one of the only truly honest HVAC companies out there. My family is very grateful! You can trust them.
