I had two ACs installed one year ago. Coolbear did a excellent job. All the wires and pipes are very neat. I have had two complimentary maintenance services since then and I am very satisfied with both.

My experience with the Cool Bear team was exceptional they came in and although there were problems with the pipling they rerouted the pipe in order to accommodate the new system. Also my A/C was down and they provided portable A/C until the installationn was comple just want to say thanks again from Lawson Campble and family

Ralph was an outstanding technician. He quickly diagnosed the issue. Gave me choices and hurried to get the part needed so I would not be without AC for the weekend. Very knowledgeable. Very professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to have him again should the need arise.

Company is scammy, they up-charge for service and labor and the moment you ask to negotiate labour for parts covered under warranty their manager Johnny immediately mails you another companies warranty information that parts for an AC unit that the manufacturer (Rheem) covers for 10 years are no longer covered. Capacitor $16 on Amazon, Blower Motor $150 on Amazon. They wanted $1200.00 to replace this with all the parts in their truck. - Very suspect. 2-Stars.

Now it is mold that is appearing .
The latest technician took pictures .
Manager never came to inspect the work nor the source of the problem.
A brand new unit causing to have a technician over so many times?

WORST COMPANY EVER! I bought a home back in December 2021 and it was just starting to get chilly out. there is no insulation so I am subject to weather conditions. I decided I wanted some kind of a/c in my home that would be able to warm us up because I'm skinny and my father has no thyroid and its very hard to stay comfortable in 56 degree living room and all we had was a little plastic heater. we looked around and found Cool Bear Services and they said we cannot do a central system so we will need a mini split system. they charged $8000 for an a/c that never worked a single day, leaks all over (my walls, cabinets, and floors), and doesn't heat or cool. my house is 87 degrees on a normal day with a window ac running. they sent out about 6 guys to come run tests to see how to fix it since we just spent 8 grand! they always told us it was not working and they ordered a certain part and we never saw the same person twice. I think it was defective or they put it too close to the ceiling I'm not sure but I never got a/c in my house. it beeps sometimes but I just use window a/c year round and heavy blankets next winter because I can't afford another mini split. they even signed a contract and got a permit. I have pictures videos and documentation of all of it.
