Barrington was phenomenal! He came to the house quickly and was incredibly efficient in his assessment of the issue and repair. I've dealt with many AC companies before but this is one of the best and Barrington embodied professionalism and customer care. He is very down to earth and personable and explains everything clearly, as well as makes plenty of excellent recommendations for the future. His technical knowledge was excellent and his suggestions made good financial sense. Very pleased with the experience.

We seen a representative of Cool Bear Services at Costco and needed to get our A/C system replaced. I was 20 yrs old and needed replaced. We had Cool Bear Services give us a quote and after getting another Quote and looking at the reviews Cool Bear Services did our Home A/C install They were in at 9:30am and out by 4:30pm. the whole install was done by local and National Mechanical codes. They put down tarps at the paths used by installers as to bu dirty up the floors and also wore bootys to protect our hard wood floors. The install is Neat, Clean. We also had A UV Germicidal lamp unstalled to cut down on germs in the air and reduce and sterilize airborne viruses, They installed the REME HALO this was top of the line..... The installers were professional, neat and kept worksits inside and out clean and free of debrief. Having been in the HVAC buisness for more than 30 yrs myself they did a great job. Cool Bear Services get an A+++ in my book

Errol Patrick is a very nice frendly advisor. He always try to understand what customer's needs and give the best suggestions. The installation is quick and on time. All the workers are very repectful and did a excellent professional jobs. Patrick also did following up after the installation is finish and made sure eveyrthing is in good condition. He even gave two extra filters. I am highly sattisfied. A happy customer.
