Cool Bear came in and put in a new AC unit and it is incredible! The customer service is outstanding. Fernando is an excellent sales rep. He has excellent customer service and will sell you what fits your needs. Yordanis and Lander, were our installers. They were very professional and paid attention to every detail.

Courteous, professional installation by Kurtis and Joe! They installed an 19 SEER 5-Ton Lennox AC system with a Reme air purifier in 6 hours start to finish.

I had Cool Bear install a mini-split AC unit in my garage. The entire experience from quote to installation was extremely professional, capable and stress free. Their pricing was competitive. Service was outstanding. Communication was frequent, comprehensive and courteous from scheduling the initial quote, confirming arrangements, scheduling the installation, to customer service follow-up to ensure my satisfaction. Coordination with the electrician was seamless. Everybody showed up on time and worked diligently to get the job done. Cleanup was through. Special kudos to my salesman, Robert Astrologo, for his patience and enthusiasm for answering my many questions and always prompt responses. Cool Bear earned 5 stars.

Jean was the rudest unacceptable installer or AC tech I’ve ever dealt with. Shauvan was great and sympathetic when I called out the multiple shortcuts Jean continued to try to make. Simple requests were rejected until I refused to sign the installation completion documents. He attempted to falsify code requirements and was an overall jerk.
If it weren’t for Costco working with them, I wouldn’t recommend this company. Dreading the future needs as I doubt they will be any better when it comes to service.
Furthermore they left the house and backyard trashed.
Just unacceptable and one star is too gracious.

I am Happy with my Lennox Air Conditioning system. The installation was flawless. It was completely installed within 5 hours. I would highly recommend using Cool Bear for your next central air conditioning system.

Despite the installation being lengthy due to unexpected complications, they were extremely professional, explained their work thoroughly, and left everything even better than they found it. Had a home inspection company tell me my heating wasn’t working on my AC UNIT, called cool bear to come out to cycle the system so that we can get it to work. The AC was working just fine prior to that at about 68 degrees all day for 10 days straight after they came to services the unit that was that. Two technician both got it to work for 2 hours and 24 hours after that it reverted to not cooling. It’s 82 degrees as of this posting and I’m waiting for another company to come out and fix the new problem! Costco recommended them wow.

Jean and Lyndel did a great job installing the equipment, very professional. When they were done, you couldn't tell they had been there. Robert presented himself and his company very well, was very thorough with the proposal and got the order.
