A joy today to come across a Company that is true to their word, from start to finish. The two installers Allen and Stephon knew exactly what they were doing. Respectful, knowledgeable, trustworthy.

Adam is great - very professional and super helpful! We have had him help us on multiple occasions and highly recommend him. He even came to our house after hours when we had an A/C emergency. He goes above and beyond - very through and helpful with his explanations. AMI is great, in general.

I used AMI to do a new AC installation because I have used them in the past and they never let me down. I was very happy with the service from start to finish very professional. Allen, Ryan and Casey came out to my home and did and amazing job installing my AC and took the time to explain everything to me in detail.
Everyone in the office is even helpful and goes above and beyond I was assisted by Robin and Natalie. I really appreciate the advice that Anil gave me to replace my AC.

I called on Sunday and left a message for service on Monday as the A/C was not working at all. They called me promptly at 9:10 Monday morning, and a technician, Richard Francis, was here within the hour. He not only fixed the problem, but also performed a semi-annual maintenance, installed a hard start kit, and cleaned the intake and replaced the filter. He was very professional and explained everything in detail.

Josh showed up on time, he was very professional and polite. He knocked out the job without making a mess and finished on time. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with this AMI and their tech Josh.
