Curtis and Joe worked collaboratively, efficiently and professionally. They were polite, knowledgeable and diligent in their approach. My wife and I admired the fact that they communicated well with each other and were very organized. They were also very polite, answered our questions and showed respect for our property. Curtis and Joe left everything as they had found it and did a fantastic clean up job when they completed the installations. The team is not only an asset to their company, but model employees as well. My wife and will unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone who asks. 👍👍

I had to replace my AC before the summer months to fix the water leaking issues on my builder provider Carrier system after around 9 years of usage. I was looking for a new Lennox system and I was connected to Cool Bear through Costco. They were very professional in the sales process (Sales Rep- Eric) and tried their best to give me a good deal and help me find the best configuration that is ideal for me. They are following the proper procedure throughout the contract and installation process. They will be taking care of County approval and product registration.

The installation was scheduled 2 days after I signed the contract. The installation team (McKenzie and Tyrus) were on time, and I was impressed with them from the minute they started their work. They really know what they are doing and very patient to explain my questions at every step of the process. They did a clean and spotless installation and they cleaned up the old system without leaving any debris.

I am a very happy customer so far and btw; I am getting 2 more additional years of labor warranty because of Costco.

I stopped by Costco to inquire about their A/C I got Frankie as the sales person. From Cool Bear Air. What an incredible person he is. He is extremely knowledgeable about A/C. He explained everything to me so I understood exactly what I wanted to get. He is very professional great customer service also the installer Elier he was great. He new his job. Costco is did well by choosing Cool Bear great company

Replaced a leaking RUUD AC/Handler for a Lennox AC/Handler. Jean and Lyndel arrived on time and left on time with everything functioning perfectly.

The salesman was very polite and not pushy and he took his time explaining EVERYTHING to us... and we asked A lot of questions! The two men who came where very professional and worked very quickly, without sacrificing the quality of work. I am very pleased with the work they did and I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone

Bought an entirely new Lennox system after replacing my 20+year old Lennox dinosaur (with virtually no problems). Installers Mervin, Jean and James were prompt to arrive, efficient, skilled, conscientious and clean. Salesperson Eric was knowledgeable and accommodating. Overall, I am impressed with the service provided and I will keep my fingers crossed about the quality (things don't seem to be made like they used to be) and I will count on Costco to back their recommendation.

Absolutely terrible company use I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone not only did my system break down 2 days after installing they never showed back up to fix they left a mess in my house and the gm Jason was very disrespectful

From the penthouse to the outhouse! Avoid Cool Bear AC Services at all costs. I paid for a service contract and needed a repair on our homes condenser. Their technician came out, was kind and friendly, but never returned to complete the repair, despite assurances that he would come two days in a row, with no explanation or reason for not showing up! How untrustworthy is that? If you want reliable service, I strongly recommend you DO NOT call the big box store endorsed Cool Bear, as there is nothing cool about lying and being unreliable. Simply, what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul? Even sadder, I wrote them a five star glowing review last year, but boy how times have changed. Beware of Bears! Find a more reputable AC company

1day replacement installation started in 4/2022 Left us with no air conditioning for a week! Took 3 months, 10 different crews to finish! Still waiting for revised contract. Now it’s been 5 months! Nothing that they had to do is on our original contract!

Our phone calls & emails are ignored!
They will not give us emails or phone numbers of general managers!
Used Cool Bear because they are backed by Costco if you are a member! Costco was of little assistance!
BUYER BEWARE!!

Not sure where to begin, but can’t find a button that reads negative 5 stars (-5). Stay away from this PLACE. I contracted with this company via Costco to ensure that I had some backup protection. They installed my Lennox HVAC system promptly and promised me the world if anything did not work properly. They left other work unfinished and promised to return promptly. The next day after the install the AC broke down and despite numerous calls for assistance no one has come to fix the AC and the rest of the work has not been completed. They set appointments and don’t even show up. It’s been 1 full week without a working system and now I’ve enlisted the Costco senior vice president to assist. So far she has been incredibly communicative with me and has started to work to assist me. It’s unbelievable how far I’ve had to escalate this. Again find a different company folks! If this is happening to me using a Major company like Costco as the “middleman” imagine the headaches you may have. I will post an update.
