Curtis and Joe were the installers. They worked diligently the entire day taking great care of our home. They offered great suggestions to improve the installation. Equally important was the attention to detail by both people. They were neat and cleaned up during the entire job. We are very impressed by the service provided by this company.

Tyler was the rep, he did a great job recommending the services provided and guaranteed that the install would be smooth and would even complete a clean up to the HVAC system with crisp air, he even did a site visit to ensure what he promised was being fulfilled. I also want to thank Kurtis and Joe for coming out doing a great job on the install itself! Very clean and professional - gave them the space to work and they followed up on every detail they completed along the process. I recommend this service and the team provided. Thank you guys!

The install job was done by Master (his real name) called on Monday they came out on Tuesday and installed 2 AC systems. Spotless work a perfect install. Two supervisors came out to review the work and explain the details (thanks Jorge and Dave) You could easily see how much better it looked than the one the builder put in the house. Very friendly, fast, all parts in stock. About as good as it gets. Thank you.

The experience was very thorough and professional. Starting with Frankie M, the sales rep, who was early for the appointment with his mask in tow. I felt that I was getting very detailed information from him. I had previously had 2 other AC professionals out for quotes. I knew that by this point I needed major repair. I was pleased with how Frankie M walked around the entire house and stopped to explain different functions and of the unit. When I said I needed time to think about it, he was patient and I did not feel pressured. After comparing estimates, Cool Bear made sense. The service was great! The installers arrived on time and got to work immediately keeping safety in mind (all masked up). The inside unit, outside unit, and return grill were completely replaced and I am so happy with everything. The AC is working perfectly and I feel satisfied that I got what I paid for with professional and fast service. I would recommend them to others that need a big job done.

Jordany and Lander were knowledgeable and professional. The made sure we had the right unit for our attic and worked all day to make sure it was setup and installed correctly. Brad our sales representative was helpful, and responsive. Overall we are happy with the entire team and the new A/C 4 ton Lenox variable speed.

The experience with cool bear was great. Alex guided me through the process and created what could have been days of sleepless nights to a great experience. The variable system they set me up with is great. Saves money and much more comfortable. Definitely recommend the variable system.

We recently used Cool Bear through Costco. The installers were very professional, thorough, and did a great install. It took a lot longer than expected but was done right. I would highly recommend Cool Bear and Lennox. The new unit is so quiet we barely hear it when it is on.

Clinton came out and refused to give us a quote unless we were installing that week. Then he said he would be back next day with technician and give quote then. He never came back, called etc. very unprofessional. Setup this appt via Costco. Surprise they use such a shady company. Wouldn’t recommend doing business with them. We got a good deal elsewhere.
