Glacial Mechanical

Our AC was not blowing cool air. Although the previous year we had a company come out to fix the outside unit, I didn’t feel like we received the best service. So I went online searching for companies that serviced Delray Beach. I was focusing on customers reviews. The two items that stood out was that Glacial Mechanical was professional and fair with their pricing. So we called and Garret answered the phone. He had my husband walk through a few scenarios that could have revealed the problems. Although it was after 5 pm, Garret came by to take a look and diagnose the problem. He came back early the next morning and within an hour our AC was fixed. He had previously gave us a quote to fix our unit and I went to home advisors and his quote was very reasonable and fair. He was very personable, professional and prompt. If you are looking for a fair, professional and competent AC company I would definitely give Glacial Mechanical a call. They will definitely be our go-to company for future AC service.

Just as these past reviews states, Garrett really is deserving of all these positive reviews! He came by on the day of my phone call out to him (versus other places that told me to wait a day or two). He was quick to diagnose and did not pressure me into his agenda. He simply stated what my options were and let me know what to look for. When I actually made the decision to go with him, he made the process very seamless. He answered all my concerned questions with ease and patience. 100% will I call him for any of my AC needs.

Great service, great product, great customer service, and great prices.
I would give 10 stars if I was able to. We recently had two new units installed by Glacial Mechanical. With todays production issues, Garrett did everything he could to get our units as quickly as possible. He kept in constant communication with us, providing updates whenever possible. Yes, he called us. Good luck finding that anyehere else this day and age. Units are working great and we couldn't be happier.

I called Garrett at Glacial Mechanical after getting his info from a friend who recommended I give him a try. I had been given conflicting information from two other AC companies I had called to repair my broken unit, but when Garrett arrived he was nothing like the other service techs. Garrett was very thorough, he took his time diagnosing the cause of the break and then did an excellent job replacing the broken parts. His pricing was less than the other two companies who quoted me, and he was so much more capable, I will absolutely be using him only from this point forward. I highly recommend.

My A/C stopped working overnight. I saw great reviews for Glacial Mechanics on a local Facebook page and Garrett lived up to every one. He arrived at my house an hour after I called - on a Sunday morning July 4th holiday - and saved the day. Garrett was polite, professional, experienced and knew the importance of great customer service. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough about what a great experience we got from Garrett at Glacial Mechanical. He is so very honest, and his quality workmanship is amazing. He truly strives for customer satisfaction and was exemplary in helping us when our a/c broke down. We give him 5 stars because he deserves it! Garret was amazing. Friday night 9pm, day before 4th of July holiday, 95 degrees today...air conditioner stopped blowing cool air. Called Garrett he came right over, fixed us up in 20 minutes. Polite, professional, responsive, reasonable cost. Highly, highly recommend Garrett for your AC needs.

Garret came on a weekend when no one else would to help fix our AC. He also helped us with a new AC install and was upfront and honest throughout the entire process. Glacial mechanical installed a system in my condo. Garrett did such an amazing job. Very professional and neat work. Properly done and explained his work at the end of the install. Very trust worthy company. Highly recommended.
