Kilbourne Heating & Air did a terrific job resolving an AC issue in our new home. Even though I called late in the day, they fit our appointment into their schedule for the next day. Their technician arrived on time, was very efficient, and very informative. I highly commend the technician, Kellen. He was top-notch. I would recommend Kilbourne Heating & Air to others and plan to use them again.

Kellen was very friendly and knowledgeable! Unfortunately he wasn't able to replace the fan motor as the screws were rusted and seized! Not sure if there was another way to take them out! The fan was working but I just wanted an new one in case it stopped again! He waited around to make sure it continued to work!! Fingers crossed!

The team from Kilbourne was top notch all the way. From my initial estimate meeting with the owner Mike, to the strategy team that designed the Mini Split A/C systems (for a complex install on a house that was already built), to the team of Kellen and Junior who executed the Install flawlessly. Kilbourne handled the install from beginning to end and no other contractors were needed. The install team had great attitudes and kept me involved in their work all the way so I had no surprises. Florida contractors have been historically bad news for me, but this team breaks that mold. I’d hire them again.

Kilbourne AC did a great job replacing my system. Sean was beyond helpful getting everything set up. Don was really knowledgeable and I appreciate the level of detail he had during the install. This is a solid company to deal with and I recommend them to anyone. You don’t realize how important you AC is until it’s broken! I’m also very impressed with Lennox. You can tell it’s a quality brand.
