Kilbourne Heating and AC is a great local AC company. Great service, talented and skilled techs, great price point as well. They have a great app that text you your appointment time and date to help you remember, as well when the tech is on their way, a text will let you know so no questioning when will they arrive. I have been using them for about 10 years and so has all my uncle's and aunt as well. All around good AC company.

I got an immediate appt, and was treated with such professionalism, honesty and friendliness throughout!!! Sean oversaw things and was amazing! He checked in to make sure we were happy throughout. Don was a true problem solver and helped us decide to relocate the unit. Lucas and PJ spent all day getting every detail just right! The owners are amazing! As a Facility Director I have been using Kilborne for years. I have always been satisfied with their work. Through the years I think I have worked with every tech they have, and they have all been professional and knowledgeable. On our campus we have over 3 dozen units and while they specialize in Lennox, they are able to work on any manufacturers products. Their price is very competitive and fair - their response is quick.
On the administrative side their billing department is quick and accurate. Something that is important when you work with multiple vendors. I appreciate that their invoices are complete, showing exactly what was done.
One example of the quality of their service is just yesterday. We had a unit which was affected by a lightning storm. They arrived within a couple hours of when I called. Carlos the technician quickly got to troubleshooting the issue and explaining his findings. They had the parts in stock and within hours we were back up and running.

I had a service A/C CONTRACT with a well known company who came to my house five times, change two mail components , charged me over $900.00 in labor ,for the parts were guaranteed and I was without A/C for two weeks with the inside temperature 88 degrees and they couldn’t fix it.
They literally walked away.
I called Kilbourne Heating & Air and they came the next day. Spent about an hour and the AC was up and running.
