The installers arrived at the time promised and did an outstanding professional job. John kept following up with me to ensure I was 100% satisfied with everything. John and his crew that he sent to my house to install my AC unit was very prompt and very professional. John Coppola from Perfect Cooling was an absolute expert and patient professional. We had them install our AC about 2 years ago. We had an issue and I called around 10pm on a Friday and they walked me through troubleshooting the issues and I fixed it and saved $300! I would highly recommend them for any AC service. When our a/c unit finally died I was dreading the whole process, however the team at Perfect Cooling was professional, courteous and well priced. Gene and John were outstanding, they treated 7s like Family and made sure we got the correct unit for our home, we purchased a Trane. They made the whole installation and sales process very smooth. Any time I had a quick question about the thermosrat or programming John or another team member got back to me in seconds. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you need anything regarding your air conditioning to call Perfect Cooling!!

I purchased my air conditioner from perfect cooling 5 years ago. I was very pleased when they came to do the installation and when it the inspector came to check it after installation he also was pleased. The Trane unit has done a great job for us. When ever there were any issues or concerns they came right out and continued to deliver exemplary service. Recently John followed up with me that it was time for the unit to be checked for proper maintenance and I agreed to have the unit checked. They came out as per the scheduled visit on time and sent a technician named Juan to do the service work. Not only a skilled tech but also a very skilled people person. I couldn't be happier with all the people I have come in contact with from the owner when he sold me the unit 5 years ago to John who is the go to man for service and repair to Juan the man in charge of keeping everything working properly. So if anyone is doubtful about doing business with an air conditioning company you don't know. Please give these people a chance. THEY WONT DISAPPOINT YOU.

We purchased our home 5 years ago and we have had nothing but problems with our AC unit, which at the time was brand new. We have had countless companies over the years come out and try to figure out why the AC would leak and not cool the entire house. Perfect Cooling is the only company able to address the issue and fix it once and for all. I even complained the other day that the house was TOO COLD! John for the win! So happy! Thank you!
