I was surprised & thrilled that Garrett answered the phone on a Friday after 5! He was able to diagnose & take care of my problem the same night!! He didn’t try to upsell me on parts or service which means he’s honest. True professional. I will definitely be using him for regular maintenance & repair from now on.

Incredible service from this man! Our AC was not cooling and he came out immediately. He then gave us a free estimate and great quote on replacing. He installed our new unit days later and we are SO pleased!!! No complaints. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable and above and beyond!

This company is so reliable! They do their best to resolve issues in record time. They are trustworthy as well as very fairly priced. Knowing they are my air conditioning company makes me very happy because no one want to be without a/c living in Florida. Try them you will be thrilled!

Could not be happier with this company. I have called them for smaller tasks in the past and they were on site within 30 minutes. They did a complete new system in my house today (new condenser, handler, ductwork, etc.) and they also moved the handler from my attic to my first floor closet. They showed up on time and were extremely professional. You can see the high quality of their work and attention to detail. Even with all of the work they had to do, Garret and his team were in and out of my house within a couple of hours. For the first time ever I might actually have to buy a jacket in Florida ☃️❄️🧊

Garrett pointed out insufficiencies of prior work that had been done on the compressor and found spliced wiring to the existing thermostat. We replaced both inside and outside units and found his bid to be the best. Very satisfied with the work that was done. I highly recommend this company.

Recently had Garret from Glacial come to my newly purchased home on several occasions. He was punctual and thorough, never leaving me in the dark with his recommendations. Did not push for more work to be done, which i felt was incredibly respectful. I will be using Garret from here on out with all of my HVAC needs.

Garret is fantastic! He went beyond the install issue to help set up the necessary WiFi...I just moved in so didn’t have a chance to do this yet...he walked me through, trouble shot the issue and now u have fully functioning thermostat and my WiFi set up too!!! I say hire him!!!! I can’t thank him enough for his great work and kindness!!!!

I am in awe of this amazing young man who responded to my call immediately, came after 5 o'clock, immediately detected the problem, got my air conditioner running, the thermostat programmed and then announced that since he was close by and on his way home, he would waive any charges. I truly hope for the best for this young man and his company for he truly restores our faith in the goodness of Americans and in America.

Glacial did an exceptional job on my A/C unit. The installer was professional, did quality work and finished in a timely manner. Overall very satisfied with my experience!

Woke up to warm air coming out of my air handler. Did a Google search and this business came up with all five star reviews so I thought I’d give it a try. Called first thing in the morning and Garrett arrived within the hour. Very professional found the issue that other technicians could not find. I highly recommend.
