Garrett was phenomenal. My AC had a massive power surge from a close by lightning strike and stated having all types of issues. He came oidentified the issues and repaired them all. He truly cares about his customers

I had another a/c company come out yesterday and they did not fix my problem with my a/c it was still freezing up this morning. So, I called Glacial Mechanical very early this morning left a message and my call was returned within 15 minutes. Garrett with Glacial arrived at my house within 4 ½ hours of phone call. He fixed my problem with the a/c answered all my questions, he explained everything as he was working on the a/c, was very professional. It’s been a LONG time since I have been impressed and able to say that a service company is amazing. Our A/C began leaking heavily at 7pm the night before Thanksgiving. Randomly, we contacted Glacial Mechanical to come out. Within a half hour Garret was at our house. Not only was he thorough, but he actually took the time to make sure every single potential future problem was addressed. He was efficient, incredibly knowledgeable, and very nice.
