I found out about Cool Bear through Costco. I was greeted on time by the professional and courteous sales rep who explained everything and was super patient in answering all my questions. We set up the installation and the two Cool Bear brothers were exactly on time, got to work immediately and by the early afternoon my home was cool. These two guys worked like a well-oiled machine and again so professional and respectful. The price was great with special Costco rebates. Don't hesitate to call Cool Bear Services.

Santiago & Alejandro repaired our AC unit today. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Needless to say we were happy the unit was repaired.

*CAUTION* I set up an appointment with them for a new AC through Costco. 1. They changed the originally scheduled appointment date and time because it did not work for them. 2. They changed the second and third scheduled appointment dates and times because it supposedly did not work for them either.
3. Weeks later they arrived over an hour after their scheduled window time, WHICH THEY SET UP, and their sales rep was upset when I told him I was no longer interested. If they can't follow through on basic stuff with a potential customer and immediately display poor behavior it is reasonable to believe they wont follow through at any point in the process. Would NOT recommend.

Santiago from cool bear services came on time. He is very professional. Check my AC handler flash the water from the pipe drain, floater sensor as well. The next thing he did was my ACcondenser put some Freon. Overall he checked everything. He did really fantastic job. I am very satisfied for the service that he does 👍💯. Difefinetly cool bear services highly recommended

Technician Ralph came out late at night and had my AC running shortly after! Awesome job would recommend!

From start to finish, they were terrific. We purchased a new Lennox HVAC system through Costco and the salesperson Fernando and the installers, Ronal and his brother were first rate. Wish we had done it sooner.
