I was pretty satisfied with the air conditioning system replacement Cool Bear provided. The technicians arrived on time and worked diligently over several hours until the a/c handler and exterior condenser were replaced. The system has been functioning well the last couple weeks and I’m looking forward to hopefully seeing a reduction of the monthly electricity cost from the efficiency of the unit. While I hope to
not need a full system replacement again for longer than I’ll even be living at this house, I will definitely use Cool Bear Services again for any a/c maintenance as needed.

We just bought a new house and the air conditioner was horrible. Several companies came out and gave astronomical quotes after waiting over a week or never even submitted their quote. While in Home Depot the greeter asked if we would like a free quote for a new ac and scheduled an appointment for the next day with Cool Bear at 6pm so my husband could be there also. Dante came by and gave us a quote that night and said his crew could start the next day! He sent out their engineer, Victor, to come up with a plan since our case was a bit complicated (moving from the attic to hall closet & duct work). The crew came out the next morning, which was a Saturday, at 9:30 and worked their butts off till we had air that night at 8:15. The carpenter still has to come back with a louvered door this week. Other companies said we would have to hire our own electrician and install a new door ourselves in addition to their fee. But Cool Bear took care of everything and cheaper than the rest. I am beyond happy with their service, professional, and quality. I would highly recommend them! Our entire family appreciates all of the hard work from the Cool Bear team!

Many thanks to all of the members of the Cool Bear team who worked quickly and efficiently to get a new AC unit installed at our condo a couple of days ago. Dante did a great job working with us to provide a good detailed quote and all of the information we needed to get our job done. He was able to schedule our installation in less than 24 hours from the time we got the quote, which was fantastic. The installation team was courteous, hard working, efficient, and knowledgeable. We would absolutely recommend Cool Bear to anyone without hesitation.

Cool Bear did a great job. They replaced our ACs and our ductwork. As part of the sales process, Bobby the service manager came to make sure that they did due diligence on all aspects of the job. He was very impressive. The sales person Wayne was also very responsive. We heard about Cool Bear via Home Depot and we could not be more pleased with the result.

The team of 4 that came to the house to do the work were excellent and they worked till almost 10 pm at night to make sure everything was done in one day so we would have AC for the family.

About a week and a half ago I had a new carrier 4 ton air conditioning system installed by cool bear. Let me start this off by saying how great all the people at Cool Bear are. My ai4 conditioning system still worked but was 12 years old and was working so hard that the line coming into my house had so much condensation coming off of it that it was leaking inside my wall and caused mold. With that being said I have a 8 month old son and wanted to remedy the situation. I called around and got a few quotes which Cool Bear wasn't the lowest, however they did keep in constant contact with me and with explaining my situation being a new parent on a budget they really worked with me on the price. In the end they still weren't the cheapest but Anthony the salesman and Steve the finance guy were so great that paying a few hundred dollars more was well worth it. It seemed like they really did care about my family and myself and weren't just trying to get my business. The installers were very professional and did an absolutely great job and probably left my house cleaner than when they arrived. Cool Bear works as a contractor of home depot and have great financing options. I would 100 percent recommend Cool Bear to all my family and friends.

We came across Cool Bear as they were contracted through our local Home Depot. Dante came out to our home and walked us through the process of installing a new unit on each floor of our two story house. He was very thorough and assured us that the installation would be seamless. Today Osman and the install team came and did a wonderful job on the install from start to end. They were kind, professional, and clearly understood what they were doing. Great overall experience with Cool Bear and would recommend to others.

Cool Bear installed my air conditioning/heating unit in July 2020. It wasn't until today that I needed to use the heating unit and found that it was not working. I called Cool Bear and they sent someone over the same day within hours. Dennis was very professional and adjusted the until and it worked immediately. Apparently, it was something that had to be programmed into the thermostat. I'm thrilled with my unit (my monthly bill has gone down every month) and I'm pleased with the responsiveness of the company.

Purchased two A/C Lennox systems through the Costco program. With the costco rebates, the price was still higher than other quotes for 16 seer units but with other brands. Lennox came recommended by neighbors so liked the idea of a premium A/C system for the average price of other units. Installers were professional, clean and fast.
