Called to have generator transfer switch installed at panel along with hookup. They were able to schedule and come in under a week. Brett arrived and was very friendly and professional. I can't believe companies like this still exist. I had amazing service starting with Morgan in the office who was very friendly and super knowledgeable for not being a technician. Then service guy gave me great recommendations on what I could add to my system to help with air flo and power surges. A+++++ company. Highly recommend and glad I called. Thank you ultimate.

Amazing service and installation! The team that installed my new system put a lot of time to do quality work on my total system replacement. All the duct board work and sealing was excellent and the custom duct to fit into the old one was masterfully done! They took their time and answered all my curious questions and they all seemed to work well together as a team! I highly recommend this company and their team!!

I have been in florida since 2003. Within the last year I found ultimate homes and I am so thankful I did. They are honest reasonable and reliable. I will never call any one eles ever to fix my A C or my heater for my pool.

We started having problems w our AC unit. They responded quickly, performed the necessary inspection & testing and made a recommendation. The testing they performed & proposed solutions were inline with what my close friend, who does HVAC work out of state, had to say. Bottom line an honest appraisal of the situation and repair at a reasonable expense.

The technician was communicative and professional and very knowledgeable about our system. He offered some techniques to assure we are covered in case of a power outage too. I have a yearly maintenance contract and am happy I do.
