By far the best A/C company I ever hired! On time, professional with clean and detailed work they installed a new A/C unit for me at a very reasonable price. Got me back running with cool air just days after hurricane Ian knocked out my old unit. Two great technicians performed all the work in just a few hours. Would recommend this company to anyone? This air conditioning company is one that you can trust to give you the best service for the best price. They installed our new AC a few years ago and we have had no issues at all. This company do offers annual maintenance at a discounted rate. I highly recommend this company for all of your air conditioning and heating needs.

Please be careful before using this company. They installed the heating and air conditioning in our new construction home. In the first year the refrigerant leaked out 3 times. First visit they said it was just settling out, and refused to check for leaks. “It’s to time consuming “Lol. As it was under warranty I let it go.

The next time the AC stopped working was 3 months later, still under warranty. They found a leak on the high pressure line at the outside condenser. Of course, this was leaking since day 1. They had to re-braze the line. Again refused to look further for issues that would cause further trouble.

About 3 months later, again , the AC system wasn’t cooling. This was a few days before thanksgiving. I called and was told they couldn’t service our unit until after the New Year 2022.

I explained that waiting from Thanksgiving to after New Years to fix a system that has NEVER worked properly was unacceptable. My 92 year old mother, on oxygen with COPD needs the AC to work in order to breath comfortably.

The office staff said “well you should have bought our service contract when we offered to you”.

Why would I buy a service contract when you’ve never got my system to operate without leaks?

I was told I could hire another company at my cost to repair the system… that’s what I did.

American Mechanical came out and refilling the refrigerant. Found a valve installed improperly and showed me that they never installed the hurricane tie down straps as required by code.

I repeatedly left messages and emailed this company after the New Year to come out and complete the installation and install the hurricane straps.

They have NEVER returned my calls or emails.
I’m sure they won’t respond to this either.

I think Luis should rewrite his mission statement to reflect the reality of his customer service and Emergency HVAC Services.

I was made to wait 2 to 3 days for EACH of the THREE attempts to resolve my BRAND NEW AC of $8,000.00 installed 6 months ago. This took over 2 months to resolve the actual problem, and I was forced to pay $1245 out of pocket for additional and unnecessary work due to the their failure to identify a faulty part in my Brand new AC. I was also bullied for payment.

I do not recommend Development Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. If you prefer HONEST and a Reliable company to work for your AC & Heating unit. Please look elsewhere. I recommend Surfside Air Conditioning and Heating. Kimberly Daniel - Fort Myers, FL.

They responded quickly and efficiently installed a new AC unit in my home on a weekend. Amazing customer service, very professional, knowledgeable and affordable. I highly recommend them and will never go to another company for my cooling needs ever again.

I called Development Air Conditioning & Heating , one Holiday day , to be exact in labor day last September 2, 2019 because the air equipment was freeze and Luis the owner of this company came to my house late in the afternoon and fix it. I am very happy with the service and how quickly he attended me.
Five stars is not to much for that service

Louis always does a great job for us, he has worked on several air conditioning units, installed new units for us. He is the only Air conditioning person we will use. He is kind, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

My air conditioning unit went out just after the hurricane I called for service and they were very prompt on coming out and replacing the unit which I knew was bad I can't say enough good things about this company
