Nate was friendly and professional. He explained everything and very thorough. We called Ultimate and they were there in a half an hour. We could not believe it! Extremely good prices compared to other well known companies we have used. We joined their yearly service plan and feel very confident using Ultimate Homes and Cooling .Highly recommend!!

We have had two service calls in the last four days, still no cool air. We found Ultimate and received same day service, no waiting for service or parts. Ultimate correctly diagnosed and corrected the cooling issue immediately. Pricing was reasonable. Nate the technician was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient and didn’t leave a mess. We are glad we changed providers.

Ultimate Homes was recommended to us and we are very glad we used them. When I called for an appointment I was pleasantly surprised that they offered Saturday & Sunday time frames. We were scheduled within 3 days of my call. Nate, our service tech, notified us of his arrival 25 minutes ahead of time.

Nate was extremely pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable.
He patiently answered all our questions and advise us of things to look out for.

Nate, my technician, was professional and very informative on recommendations. I purchased this home right before Hurricane Ian in 2022. In addition to routine maintenance, Nate identified that the air conditioner unit did not have Hurricane straps. After consultation with my neighbor, I felt the cost was reasonable for this task & worth bringing it up to code. It was EXTREMELY HOT outside. Despite that fact, Nate proceeded with this unplanned job without complaint. Nate took the time, too, to explain that a TP-5 Hard Wire unit was not necessary & removed that. Nate, being the face of your company to a new customer, was simply outstanding.

I’m so impressed with how quickly Rodney was able to bring a technician (Kyle) out. Very good staff and business. Handled our problem quickly and efficiently. Best A/C company around hands down.

Could not be happier with Rodney and his company. Our air conditioner broke down in July in Florida. We called Rodney and within 2 hours his technicians were at our house. Pricing was fair and competitive. Also, as a veteran family we like that we’re working with a veteran-owned company. Highly recommend!

From the beginning of getting a quote to having a temporary repair to having a whole new system installed this company was the best. The quick and professional service was A plus. Everyone involved was polite, courteous, helpful. For sure I will be sticking with them and highly recommending them to everyone for any HVAC needs.

Richard and Josh, were absolutely wonderful to work with. They explained every single detail that was needed and what they were doing as they did it. Very professional, neat, polite and MASTERS at their job. Richard and Josh are excellent ambassadors for the company they represent.

Had them out to look at the pool equipment. Told us that “due to the power surge it appears the pool automation and all in one box needs replacing. This needs to be taken care of. Then the pool pump and heater will hopefully work. But not a guarantee that pump and heater May also have an issue. But have to replace controls and panel before that know for sure. This quote does not include issues with pump and heater.” Quote was $3630. I have it all in writing.
My pool cleaner came the next day. Noticed the pump wasn’t on and he pushed a button and it all worked. Nothing was wrong. Had another company come out just to make sure and he said everything was working just fine.
I feel because I was not there and live in a different state they were trying to scam me.
