Had Nate come by to look at system after Ian. I was lucky enough to have my compressor above the water line. He cleaned outside unit and ensured that all numbers were within specs. When I called owner Rodney right after the hurricane, he got right back to me and had me scheduled for visit right away. So far all my experiences have been good.
We have a service contract with them and they always are timely and efficient. This time we had the upstairs air go bad and they came out right away and fixed the problem.
3 times I had this company out in 3 weeks. Air conditioner 4 years old installed. Each time it’s a new service charge , no discounts given for a call back. They explain a service call is for every job, no matter what. Now the the 3rd time in 3 weeks a part failed that they installed. They charged me more this time than the original part Install on air handler. There was not a power surge as owner tried to blame on. House intact other than normal fence down, lucky roof good ect. Then technician quotes me $12,000.00 for a new unit.I have on video, owner of company denies quoting. As a disable elderly person not very happy with this company. Then to top it off the owner is not very nice. Combative and forcing a lien on my property, for his mistake. 3 times to fix an air conditioner? I think not, do not waste your money. DO NOT USE It is saddens me to see a local contractor, blame the homeowner and lie about trying to replace unit. Oh well Karma on them. I will not take this post down ever, as Rodney owner will not truthfully own up to their incompetence in properly diagnosing this unit ever. Then owner Rodney, calls me a liar of course not post here just all through 5 texts he sent. . How old is he. This is not kindergarten. I will post when a good contractor licensed bonded and insured, fixes properly and tells me their mistakes! The truth was honestly posted regarding company, they however did not post truth. I understand covering your employees but a decent owner would not blame a customer who paid every time before investigating himself which was not offered. I was offered a lien on property till I pay LOL. The reply from owner tells all.
All the guys who did the work were polite knowledgeable and honest the owner was also great for fixing the problem at a fair price the other slime ball company tried to take advantage of. I give them 6 stars!
Company is responsive, with timely appointment and great service for repairs and with a fair price I trust them with all manor of work in their field. I highly recommend them
I used this company after 10+ individuals in the Cape Coral Residents Group on Facebook HIGHLY recommended them. I had both my mother and my husband sick with the flu, the a/c went out, in late August at 6am (not fun for those with fevers trying to sleep) and thankfully they were here by 9am! The a/c started working within 5 minutes. Richard and Nathan were professional, informative, and reasonable. They were able to explain what happened to my a/c and what I can do to prevent it from happening again. Their maintenance plan is very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this company to my neighbors.
